They bought a one-acre parcel of land in June 2006 for $130,000.
Home sits on the property with a value of $109,200.
The single-family home featured on Duck Dynasty sits on another parcel of land on .196 acres.
The 2,468 square-foot home was built in 1960.
The abode features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is also a separate garage on the side of the home.
The kitchen has wood cabinets and tile floors.
The living room features tile floors, leather couches, and duck decor.

The family’s showDuck Dynasty ended after 11 seasonsin 2017.
Phil was fired from Duck Dynasty in 2013 because of hom*ophobic comments.
Phil now promotes the gospel and speaks out against cancel culture through his book, Uncanceled, and his podcast, Unashamed.
Though Phil has remained on his land for years, his family has moved on.
The father of four’s youngest son Jep, 43, moved from Louisiana to Texas in 2017 with his wife Jessica, 41, and their five children to launch their food truck Jep’s Southern Roots.
The Sun exclusively reported the couple bought a new home in May 2021 for $289,900.
SADIE'S SITUATION
Willie and Korie’s daughter Sadie still lives in Louisiana with her husband Christian and their daughter Honey, who they welcomed in May 2021.
Sadie, 24, and Christianbought a 1.32-acre plot of landfor $20,000 on June 14, 2021.
The property is located in West Monroe, Louisiana where her family’s famous mansion is.
The property purchase came at the perfect time, as Sadie revealed over the weekend that herhome has been infested by rats.
She wrote on Instagram: "Tbh the start to this year has been quite interesting! We will share more about it in our vlog soon.
"It started off by me getting FLURONA (flu + covid) (yikes) so obviously I was so bummed to miss passion but I was so thankful that God gave me the strength to still preach my message to an empty room despite being so sick.
"My faith from that experience grew so much. His spirit is truly living within us! also, thankful the conference is online!”
Sadie added: "Then as we were on our way home from ATL we got a call that we have a couple of rats invading our home and those little guys are doing some work. So we couldn’t go home.

"It’s day 4 of not being able to get them and being out of our house. It’s disgusting and we are exhausted from getting over sickness and being out of our home.
