Great service and helpful notifications to plan for technician arrival. Our technician, Laldinpuia, was helpful and did an awesome job!

Paul M was great. He showed up within 2 hours of my first call to the business. He was able to open up a very bad clogged drain and was a pleasure to work with.

Absolute disappointment! Avoid at all cost!!!I attempted scheduling a service appointment multiple times.First attempt, they overbooked the technicians so my service call had to get pushed by a day. Second attempt, Steve (technician) was supposed to arrive between 11am-2pm and never showed. No one proactively communicated this to me. I had to call upwards of 4-5 times for updates which they shared Steve would arrive in 20 mins.20 mins turned into an additional 2 hrs. I was told I was next up the final time I called. With the link shared to track Steve's location, he passed by my home to take someone else's service request.Terrible customer experience!!! Again, avoid at all cost. Total waste of time!

Rudy was Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to you. When I had questions he took the time to make sure I understood everything before he was finished. Very personable and made the experience much easier. I would ask for him by name.

I made an appointment, and they sent an alert that someone was on the way. This person never arrived. I called several times to ask if they had updates. Every time, they said they would call back and never did. I also spoke to a new person each time I called. They scheduled me for a new appointment that no one came to, and continued to be unresponsive. I was jerked around for two days before I cancelled and found a different plumber.

I received what was supposed to have been a complete removal and replacement of the water system in the house. However, when the plumber was done, I looked at everything and noticed there was old piping connected to the new piping in the laundry area. I called Len the Plumber to have the job completed. The next day, the plumber came out to complete the work. However, I had a question about a pipe that wasn't included in the complete water line replacement. As I constantly called I keep getting I don't know and different answers as well as told that it wasn't placed on the work order to be replaced. This was the pressure release valve that should have been replaced with the entire water line replacement but was never replaced. The PRV began to leak 06/29/2022. I called Len the Plumber for service. The plumber came out and said it was WSSCs responsibility concerning the in home meter. I was also given an estimate for the pipe replacement of $900. Called WSSC and they came out to be informed that it's actually the pipe itself that is leaking and not their responsibility. From 06/30/2022 to 07/02/2022, I called Len the Plumber for service and was told that it was sent as a priority request for service. I finally called to speak with a corporate manager to be told that they're unable and he was just customer service, and I will hear from them within 24-48 hours. Later, I was told that this 24-48 hours would be Monday through Friday. On July 8, 2022 I received a call from Len the Plumber customer service asking me if I wanted to proceed with the estimate that was given to me 06/30/2022. For close to 10 days this company provided no solution to water leakage not the pipe they should have replaced in the overall waterline replacement that I paid for in January 2021. I believe they wanted to charge me an additional cost to replace something that was to be already included in the total replacement. Poor customer service and communication, and business integrity. Do not use this company!

$272 for that little piece of plastic that worth less than $20 $275 to fix garbage disposal so I paid $272 for that piece of plastic and the sink steal not right I’ve been complaining for a few days they keep saying 48hrs I just want my refund and you can take your little pipe with you I’m pretty sure nobody want charge that much for a pipe you can push it in yourself.

The technician was courteous, professional and efficient. I think the price charged for the service received was more than it should have been.

I hired them for a water line to refrigerator installation and Justin did a great job.

Basem*nt drain and slop sink had sewer backup stemming from the heavy rains lately. Came out within 2 hours of being called on a Sunday afternoon. Reasonable cost for the amount of work he had to do. Would not leave until he was positive all drains were completely draining properly. Very happy with the service I received and the plumber Treavon. He was very thorough.

After having horrible experiences with both Real plumbers and Michael and Sons I decided to call when I needed my toilet fill valve replaced. They showed up the same day, replaced the valve and the total charge was even a bit less than i had anticipated. I highly recommend them and will certainly call again in the future. My technician was Belhadj, he was great.

Harrison did a terrific job of addressing the temperature control issues we had in multiple full bath showers. Was thorough and managed to complete without damage to the tiles. Highly recommend.

Had a leak and resulting minor flooding. Called Len first thing in the morning and that arrived by 10am. Technician was professional, efficient and in and out in 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Tu took care of my problem. He explained what he was doing and gave suggestions on how to avoid issues going forward. He was extremely friendly and professional. I will use Len the Plumber in the future and will request Tu.

Len the Plumber went above and beyond to help me resolve a leak in my kitchen due a broken faucet and valves. I had challenges with the occupants of my rental unit, but Len the Plumber handled the situation professionally and showed me a lot of consideration. Justine was outstanding. He work was both professional and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Len the Plumber again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I came home from an appointment at about 1pm and found an emergency situation; my water heater had failed and water was running out of it into my equipment room area and my adjacent lower level office. I phoned Len the Plumber, they said they could get an engineer over between 2 & 5pm. Their man, Kraig, arrived at about 3:45 pm. He was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and proficient. He worked exceptionally in spite of the tight and messy circ*mstances, removed the faulty unit, replaced it with a new one, tested it and set it up, and the installation was completed and operational by 7:30 pm. In addition they are taking care of filing for needed permits.I am very pleased with the work they did, especially on such short notice, and would recommend Len the Plumber without hesitation. First class operation!

Kevin did an excellent job replacing the pipe and exterior hose bib. He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and repaired this issue quickly. His professionalism and service was equally excellent. Further, he repaired work done incorrectly by another plumbing company. He definitely has made me consider Len the Plumber, a plumber of choice for my home needs.

To have a plumber attend to your plumbing needs on the first day is impressive. I was given an estimated arrival time of three hours, however he arrived in a hour. The plumber was very professional, he removed his shoes before entering my home. He was extremely informative, very responsive; he provided understandable answers. Additionally, after the repair the plumber disposed of all the old items.Overall, I will definitely use their service again!

Len the Plumber replaced a gas line for my new dryer. After a couple of days of scheduling issues, they arrived early. The tech was professional, knowledgable, and thorough. I would definitely use again and recommend.

The plumber came on time and did a good job inspecting the toilet. He was proper and professional. He recommended to replace the entire toilet. After communicating with his base, he provided an approximate budget of $1500. I asked for the cost of the toilet and he was unable to clarify its value. He stated that this included the labor. I did some research and the average time for this work is at most 2 hours. When I questioned the budget, he suggested we fix the current toilet a recommendation that was rejected by him at the start. In summary I am puzzled by the budget. By the way the written budget in the mail didn’t explain in detail the cost of the materials and labor. I looked at this brand of toilets and there are some with costs in the >$1200 but I few and I think it is up to the customer to decide how much to pay for the replacement and having options is good, something I was not provided.

I enjoyed the entire customer service process from beginning to end with Len the Plumber to repair a serious upper-level residential sewage pipe clog. Emmanuel, served as the plumbing expert sent by Len; He was the consummate professional, an expert to diagnose, verbally explain, and fix the problem, and took care to treat my home with respect as he conducted his work. Also, Emmanuel worked in an effective manner with respect to time duration that allowed my family and I to resume our day in a normal way after the repair. I recommend although the price point is not for the feint of heart; however, the details that a cheaper option might overlook to complete the job are the factors included into Len’s costs imo. It’s worth it.

Prompt but expensive.Manuel had remove the 70+yr old broken, corroded and rusty cast iron flange and replace it. He then installed the already purchased toilet.The service was friendly, knowledgeable and much shorter than he predicted (~11/2hrs vs 3hrs). The cost was $888.00 which seemed quite high considering that the old toilet had been disposed of and the new one was ready for installation in the bathroom.Manuel said he would email an estimate for another issue that needs addressing. The home humidifier. It has been 2 weeks, haven’t heard anything about the estimate!

The technician did an excellent job. He was conscientious about keeping my house clean, from covering his shoes to putting down a drop cloth to protect the floor. After clearing the clog, he went further to ensure the entire pipe was totally cleared. He was also very friendly.

I had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom that was dripping water into my pantry. James Swink was able to successfully diagnose the leak, locate the problem and provide a solution that worked the first time. It was a great experience and I’d call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue in my house.

Prince was very nice and professional. He unclogged our toilet in just a few minutes. The company is true to their estimated time window and the services are fast and effective. The price point may be a bit steep compared to others but worth it for the quick service and hassle free peace of mind.

We had a great experience when our tenant lost hot water. They were able to come same day to provide an estimate for a water heater replacement. The technician that came was knowledgeable and able to explain things easily. Once we confirmed we were ready to do the work, they showed up the next morning and completed the water heater replacement in a matter of hours. Overall we’re really happy with the service and specifically with the tech (Anthony).

The technician Thangvella Ralte did an outstanding job her was very honest person. I had a problem with the other technician who came out on 8/1/23 who couldn’t find parking but still charged me $49.00 and I explained to him that I’m not responsible for finding parking for him. But Mr Ralte understood and I moved my car to a paid spot.I would request Mr. Ralte in the future.W Hill

The technician Harrison did a superb job in fixing our pedestal sink and our outdoor faucets.

I had to call twice for some information, both times the employees were knowledgeable and super nice. The quote for an appointment was reasonable, and they were able to offer same day service.Ended up not needing their service after all because my boyfriend was able to fix the issue after some research, but I would call again if needed.

I do not recommend this company, at least for any gas-related issues (I do not know about their other practices). They are unsafe, they are very expensive with opaque pricing, and it is tremendously difficult to reach a manager. I had a truly awful experience that lasted days before it was finally resolved.It began on Friday when I had a gas leak under my stove. When the gas company came to shut off the gas supply, they noted the spot where they detected a leak. Yet when the plumber arrived, he said the problem wasn't what the gas company said, but instead he claimed there was a leak coming from a different spot under the stove, and so he charged me over $500 to install some new piping. All I got was a flat rate and told to sign.At the end of the job he said, sorry, I can't turn your gas back on so you'll need to call the gas company. However, what I discovered the next day (when the gas company came back to turn the gas on) was that the plumber HAD actually turned the gas on, but he left the meter loose and so gas was leaking in my basem*nt. To be clear: *THE PLUMBER CREATED A GAS LEAK IN MY HOUSE THAT WENT UNDETECTED OVERNIGHT.* On top of that, the guy from the gas company said I still had a leak under my stove--and so the fix the plumber made had actually accomplished nothing.I called multiple times the next two days (Saturday and Sunday), and although I was able to speak to someone on the phone, I wasn't able to reach a manager. I was told a manager would call me first thing, but not until Monday was I able to get through multiple layers of red tape. When I called, I had to convince the initial person I spoke with to let me speak to their supervisor, and that supervisor then passed on my message to the next level up--before I could finally break through and talk to a manager directly.A second plumber came out on Tuesday, and he couldn't find any leak under the stove when he showed up. So we called the gas company again, and someone came out and detected the leak--in exactly the same area as the initial visit. So the plumber did some more work and got another part of the pipe replaced. Then, we called the gas company AGAIN, and they checked and found ANOTHER spot in the elbow joint just behind what had been installed. The plumber then replaced that joint, and that appeared to resolve the issue.In total, it cost about $2000 (again, I was only given a flat rate of what I owed at the end--no transparency at all) and five stressful days to finally solve the issue, whereas if it had been fixed properly the first time around I am sure it would have cost far less in both money and time (not to mention stress). I will never call them for any service again.

I would not recommend this switch and bait company. I found them on Google, with very high ratings and over 4k reviews.I called and explicitly stated the issue leak coming from the ceiling with details. Person who answered the phone said $49 dollars for the plumber to come out and provide a quote. When the guy(Rodolfo) showed up, he asked for $300 just to open the wall. I asked what's included in this additional $300, the guy said just to open up and assess. I said no thanks asked him to leave, and he got very upset and rude to me.Found another plumber and got the issue fixed for a little over 200.And you're not sorry to hear what I provided, if u really want to fix the issue, be straight up front.

The service tech Treavon was polite and knowledgeable in the work that needed to be done to resolve the issue with the master bedroom toilet. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. After he performed the work if there was any mess made he cleaned it up and left the bathroom in the condition it was in when he first entered it. He had me inspect the work to make sure I was completely satisfied before he left my home which I was.Treavon, Job well done and keep up the good work.Happy holidays!!!

I requested Dan, who as done other work at our home. He arrived on the same day as my call to replace leaking joints in connections to pipes above hot water tank. He gave me an estimate for the work and promptly completed the work. Everything was cleaned up when he finished. Highly recommend!

The company was on point and sent a Plumber Louie to my home due to a sewage leak in my basem*nt. Other companies made me schedule for another day. Len the plumber treated this as an emergency and the issue was fixed and another issue was also diagnosed the next day by the camera guy(Forgot his name ,but very sympathetic). Both were very professional and I'm glad I did contact Len the plumber instead of the competition I used before that had no clue what was going on with my plumbing situation.

I called before 7am and was able to speak with someone to make an appointment with an 8am - 12pm window for the same day. My plumber came a little after 9am and was done replacing pipes under my kitchen sink within 30 minutes! Great customer service, skilled and friendly plumber! I will definitely us Len The Plumber again!Had another plumbing issue. Again we called on Sunday morning and was able to make an appointment for that day. Our technician Kristina arrived fairly quickly within the hour. She was knowledgeable, skilled and friendly!It was a pleasure to have Kristina come out today and fix our problem!

We had a leak in our basem*nt on Dec 23 and water damage and we called many other plumbers and no one wanted to come out on a holiday weekend. Luckily the plumber who did show up, Dan, turned out to be fantastic. He immediately detected the problem and was able to recommend a solution, and also noticed a few other things that needed fixing. He also recommended a company for dealing with the water damage and stayed with us until they arrived, also making recommendations about how to handle the insurance claim. Once we scheduled the work, he was always on time, always put on shoe covers, and was friendly and professional. I feel he went above and beyond to take care of us, especially as new homeowners who felt a little out of their depth. I will definitely be calling Dan again for any plumbing needs! I felt I could trust him to do the job right. Thank you!

James arrived the same day I called (on a Sunday) to fix the garbage disposal. I appreciated that. He told me that the disposal could not be repaired. The comparable replacement at the same power level sold by Len the Plumber cost about $960. Their cheapest model was in the $600 plus range. I decided to buy a garbage disposal at Home Depot for $174 plus tax, and have a handyman I know install it. I still had to pay $219 for the plumber’s attempt to fix it. The handyman (Mario Vicente) connected the new garbage disposal and then found out that it wouldn’t work because the electrical switch was broken! He repaired the switch, and the new disposal worked fine. The bottom line is this: the repairman with Len the Plumber should have checked the electrical connection first! There was no other evidence to prove that the old garbage disposal was really not working. Not only that, but he tried to talk me into buying a new one that cost over $700 more than one of comparable value at Home Depot. Overall, this was a very discouraging experience.

Justin and Austin were awesome. Very professional, on time, excellent repairs and very knowledgeable; very well versed in explaining repairs to me. Justin and Austin walked me through the repairs and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. Definitely going to use Len’s Plumming again and if you choose this company as for Justin.

Work was done quickly and courteously but I was charged an over $1500 flat fee to snake my drain. This is at least triple what my regular plumber (who was closed) has cost. I feel very exploited and upset at the encounter and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Came to find a burst pipe over garage. Found the leak quickly and repaired the pipe all within a couple hours. Very professional and experienced.

Emmanuel Assad was my technician for the day, he was professional and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He complete the job before the ETA and left the area clean. He Also point out the different features and explained the difference with the current and previous water tank. Overall I was happy with the service.

The entire time he was polite and left my toilet working better than it has worked in a long time. He even checked his work several times to make sure everything was working to perfection! I'm still having work done by Len the Plumber it's more to be done but so far 👍I did have a problem with an invoice because of the communication between the main office and the worker. I'm still satisfied with the work.

My issue was an outrageous water bill. I was not aware of any problems except I noticed an occasional drip from one of my faucets so I called the plumber to check this out. The service man found and repaired a leak in one of the toilets. He also replaced he parts on two other toilets that he felt might cause problems in the near future. He said the faucet leak would not have caused an increase in my water bill but he replaced the parts that needed replacing. I had been calling WSSC since June about a leaking water meter and thought that was the issue. I had no idea the toilet was leaking. The service man was very professional and patient, and explained the problems thoroughly.I talked to my son about it and he thought it best to go ahead and get the work done. The discount they offered was substantial and as advertised. It gets 4 instead of 5 stars because they advertise same day service. I had to wait till the next day. I would have appreciated a call, but I had to call them twice. They all apologized and said they had a backup. I wish they had kept me informed instead of my calling them. Otherwise, we'll see if the water bill comes down. The service itself was a 5 star.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Had Len the Plumber replace all of my plastic fresh water valves with metal valves. Also had them replace my check valves on my main water line. They did a very good job and Megan the technician was nice and very skilled with her work.

Justin was very professional and took his time and was very careful in getting the kitchen sink clog out. Great service for a Saturday. The sink was really a big mess and when Justin left it was like the clog never happened. Would use services again.

We had an issue with our water tank and called Len the Plumber to come take a look. Sylvester arrived the next day and was able to walk us through the entire situation and what he found. He was able to replace and install our water heater in about 3 hours. Overall it was a pleasant experience and will absolutely keep LTP in mind for future plumbing needs.

Len the plumber answered my call immediately over the weekend and sent out a staff in a short amount of time to resolve my main sewage backup. I had visitors and needed it resolve quickly. The services was professional and the plumber was very knowledgeable in accessing the situation and resolving it.

Everyone we worked with at Len the Plumber could not have been kinder or more responsive. I was so impressed by how quickly they found then fixed the problem. The three plumbers we worked with were great. The office staff was also super nice and helpful.

We had been very happy with Len the Plumber for several years. Recently, however, we've had a horrible experience. We hired Len the Plumber to install a gas line to our kitchen for a stove. The technician came and partially installed the line. He then told us his head office would need to schedule a WSSC inspection and that they would be in touch. Several days went by with no word from their office. Every time we called to get a status update, we were told someone from the head office would call us back. No one called us back for days. A WSSC inspector showed up (though we were not told that an inspection was scheduled) and the line failed inspection. We called repeatedly once again. Finally, after about a week and a half, a manager did call and the technician came out to fix the line. After his repairs, he told us that again, we would need to wait for the head office to arrange for the WSSC inspection. That was a week and a half ago. Repeated calls to their main line have resulted in promises of a return call that have not been kept. We haven't paid Len the Plumber a cent for this job and, at this point, I am not inclined to pay them anything at all. We will hire another plumber to finish the job they have kept us waiting on for weeks.

Len the Plumbe’s response was fast! Royan was very accommodating. He explained everything that he was doing to fix my issue, cause I asked a lot of questions. He was thorough and quick. I appreciate the prompt and extremely professional service.

UPDATE! After contacting the company multiple times I finally talked to someone and they did agree to refund me. Still keeping this at 2 stars because of the fact that I had to contact them multiple times before being able to speak with a service manager.Would give 0 stars if I could. I scheduled this company for a property I manage because they offer same day service and had great reviews. First off, they canceled on me at the last minute when I first scheduled, were a no-show when I rescheduled and tried to cancel again for a third time until I threatened to speak to a supervisor. Once they arrived they said the issue was the shower head... it's brand new. We asked him to remove it to prove that the head wasn't the problem. After myself and the tenant deduced the problem (plumber was still standing there trying to tell us we were wrong) he declared he couldn't fix the shower because it is old. He then said I would have to order all parts then maybe they can install. I asked him what parts I needed and he said he didn't know. I am APPALLED by this service and incompetence. We have a clawfoot tub/ shower configuration and this company can't swap a pipe that connects to the head... what the heck???? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. Not to mention I had to pay close to $300 for absolutely nothing. He changed a shower head that didn’t need to be changed and nothing is fixed.

I scheduled an online appointment and the technician arrived early within the designated window. Service was done within 2 and 1/2 hours. Raj cleaned up reviewed the documentation thoroughly and was very professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Louie was professional and informative! The service he provided (garbage disposal repair, pipe replacement, and shower heater adjustment) took about an hour and a half give or take!Price was reasonable, too!The service dispatcher was professional and warm as well.

Called about my leaking water around 7:30 am and Tim was at my house within an hour. He was wonderful. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to include bringing some items to code. It was a couple of hours and I had a new water heater all hooked up and everything was cleaned up. I appreciate his explanation of the water heaters features and maintenance recommendations. I would not hesitate to contact Len the Plumber in the (hopefully very distant) future.

No technicians came the day I scheduled repairs. They called to cancel less than 30 minutes before my window closed. When the plumber did arrive, I felt bullied into a more expensive repair of my leaky shower. The technician said he couldn’t accurately diagnose the issue. I could go with a more cost effective repair, though if it didn’t work, he would charge for both the failed repair and the more expensive repair.Otherwise, he was kind, courteous and efficient.

The plumber was professional got right to work. Did a great job. Left his work area clean when he was finished. I will use Len the Plumber in the future.

Manuel was amazing and extremely efficient! He was at our place on time, had a quick look, following which he gave me the options I had to address the issue. He did not hurry me to a decision. Once he got to work, he was very quick and cleaned up the place perfectly after finishing his work. Highly recommend Manuel (and Lens plumber) for any plumbing work! Plumber identified and fixed the problem, but didn’t come equipped what was needed to fix problem and had to come back the next day. They did not come back first thing as I was told and came at the end of the day. Not good service.

My first review: Our Technician Juan was great! We had an old double sink converted to anew single deep. He was in an out in 45 mins. Even with a compounded issue he was able to repair and install in a quick minute!This is my second review:We had Devin come out today to help us with a tricky plumbing situation in our bathroom. We were replacing a Vanity and the original developer did a very poor job routing the main drain line that’s a stack in our condo unit. We also needed supply lines shortened to fit the new vanity drawers. He crushed it. One hour. In and out and expert work. Looks beautiful and even better than before. All this on a Sunday short notice.

Dan was extremely responsive and helpful.He found a great solution for a broken pipe and redesigned the laundry room to make it safer and more convenient. He was very mindful of our family’s needs and worked to leave us why the least disruption to the water supply in the house while completing the work.He alerted us about potential additional work needed but never tried to sell us additional services that were not required which I really appreciated.Would definitely recommend him!

Basem*nt re-flooded less than 5 days of service. The company so called manager is unprofessional. They wasted my time and money and didn't solve problem. I don't know if I had a real plumber

I had my water heater, 2 toilets rebuilt and faucet replaced Nov. 2018. No issues come December 2019 had issue with Toilet that was rebuilt the fill valve that was replaced wasn't work properly. I called and scheduled appointment for the following day. I get a call 2 hours into my window (where i had to take off work and wait) just to be told tech would not be showing up. OK things happen I guess, although thought this was a large enough company that had more then a handful of techs. The rude dispatcher Amber had zero respect or understanding of the fact I lost out on money waiting for them to show up during the window and a call earlier so I wouldn't have to take off work would have been better and if there was any compensation for this... NO and to top it off she said she had to send the same tech (why is beyond me) and he didn't start work till 11:30 the following day. I was requesting due to the bump they at least try and make me the first appointment of day so I wouldn't have to take additional time off work and she refused. I asked to speak to a manager and she said No one was there I requested that she have one call me the following day (Still waiting on that call). I did call back because i didn't think she was being truthful on the manager part and what do you know I spoke to a manager, who said she would put to have a different tech come out first thing the following day. Tech did show up before 10am took only 10 min to fix the malfunctioning part and that cost me $200+ dollars! I won't be using Len the plumber again they get you with the $49 dollars to come out and hit you with a crazy cost and aren't reliable in showing up or respecting your time when it comes to appointments.

Manual Vasquez did a great job finding the leak that caused damage to my downstairs bathroom and surrounding area.

Brian Safrit was our technician and he did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with our old heater sharing his recommendations and - after we reviewed our options, installing a new one - same day. He arrived on time, listened and asked good questions, and gave very thorough and easy to follow explanations with each recommended step. He also left the work area cleaner than it was to start. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment for Friday June 17th between 2-5pm. Called around 4:15pm asking if someone would be able to make the appointment and was told a dispatcher was not available but would call with an estimated time of arrival. I received a call at 5:30pm notifying me no one would be able to come out today but I could reschedule. They gave me a few options and said someone could come on Saturday at no additional charge so I scheduled for 11am-2pm window. On Saturday morning at 745am I received a call and said someone would be there within 30 mins. Plumber didn’t show up until 9am. This was a basic swap out of faucet for an outside spigot and was charged $684. The same part at Home Depot cost $50. I understand there to be a labor cost but over $600 in labor feels a lot much. I have made multiple calls to their office and was told a supervisor by the name of Richelle would call but have not heard from anyone to explain the invoice. Would not recommend their service.

Not as amazing as the first time and definitely not a good value as far as labor rates went. May have to have them back already as the toilet they installed is now leaking from the tank.

When Chuck arrived at home, I could tell that he was the kind of plumber that we needed. He exuded confidence. You see, there were already 2 plumbers who came to our house from other company but didn’t know their job. They left without fixing the issue ( clogged pipe). But when Chuck started to diagnose the plumbing issue, he already knew what was going on. He finished the job by cleaning up first and offering some advice on how to avoid the problem. He is highly commendable!

PLEASE READ ‼️‼️‼️‼️If you have an Emergency don’t call this company. I made an appointment because I had water leak that was going down to my neighbors house. I call and told the lady that this is emergency and she scheduled me 5-8pm arrival. I got a text message saying I’m scheduled. About 7:15 they call me saying they are not coming out anymore. I told her I’ve been waiting and this is emergency. She said there’s nothing I can do for you. Very unprofessional and rude. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Inept.Plumber came out, created an estimate and a follow-up on a date he knew he wouldn't be working. Charged me ~ $272 for the visit. When he didn't show for the appointment, I called the main appointment line and was shuffled by multiple people, who finally ask me to reschedule for the next day. They scheduled for the next day - also a day the technician wasn't working. Called me today to try and reschedule for tomorrow. Since there are about three layers of workers, I sincerely doubt anyone knows what anyone else is doing...3 half-days of work later, I'm still without a repair and out $272 dollars. I called F.H. Furr and they sent a technician out the same day - no estimate fee and very communicative.Save yourself the hassle and just pass on Len.

I was just a little surprised because I knew there was an estimate fee that would be included in the repair fee if accepted, but I was given to understand that the cost of a regular snake would be about $100.00 and take under one hour.As I had mentioned initially, I had another engagement and had to leave the house with one other person waiting to pay the check upon completion of the job. I actually expected to be back before the end of the job because the requested check was for over $1600. Much to my surprise, I was told that the work was done in under one hour.I hope there has been no mix up.

We hired Len the plumber for a few things to work on. They seemed knowledgeable and reviews were good too. One of the things they did is installation of the condensate pump on our HVAC. Before we had just drain. They completely replaced the pipe and added the pump. Soon after we found out that piping blocking the filter entrance. We called back, no problem, they moved the pipe. As a homeowner you start questioning if they are as professional as you think they are. The pump when working always was doing gurgling sound. We were concerned, however pump was near the family room and we were rearly there to hear the noise. We got flooded. We checked the leak and it was right at the connection between the pump and HVAC. We fixed it. Went on vacation to come back to soaking floor again. Called AC company thinking that the problem with AC. I have explained that we notice system leaking much only when it is hot outside. When they came out, first thing they said is that condensate drain is not installed properly, p-trap is missing. They could do it for us, however, we wanted to call first Len the plumber since they did the installation of it. They came, the plumber checked the pump itself and ran AC to see the leak. He said that p- trap does not do much. I pointed out that advice of AC tech was that problem is most likely in not having a p-trap. He agreed and went on fixing. Most of h8s time he was at the store buying necessary materials. He came, installed p-trap, ran AC and water start running with more speed then before again from around the connection between the AC and pump pipe. He gladly showed me that the problem was not in p-trap and the leak happent for the reason of malfunctioning of AC. Suggested to call AC tech again and took off. I have opened the panel on AC to see exactly leaking is happening and the leak stopped. Once I put panel back it began again. What a magic!(sarcastic). Start researching what p-trap should be installed on the pump and found out that there not one type fit all traps. That Different systems require there own p traps. AC sites explain it well. The one installed was not the right one. I questioned professionalism of this company again. I understand that they are plumbers and not HVAC specialists and may not aware of all specifics of HVAC systems and how installation should be done. But why then to take this job? Why they agreed to install the pump having no idea how to do it right? As a result we have smelly house with good area of family room flooded. The system may leaked a while with this improper drainage causing our ducts and HVAC parts exposed to constant moisture and mold(as a result). Today they called me, stating that their tech said he did everything right and the problem is with AC. I did not have a chance to ask to return money back for installation of the pump so I can pay professionals to do is right. The woman on the phone told that the company have not installed my condensate pump, that they do not do AC units. I left speechless.I have a list of work on paper written by the plumber what they were going to do and pump and installation were there. Do they try to take now liability off their hands? Why they touched something they are not licensed to do in this case? Who's fault is that? Unprofessional irresponsible company. Picture with installed p-trap by the plumber.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they are set up to not give an idea of what something costs when you set up the appointment. And if they come out and you don’t like their price they still charge you $50. This basically prevents me from being able to compare prices between companies. I should be able to ask “how much to replace a toilet” and get a general idea at the time of making the appointment. I do understand that in most cases they need the plumber to evaluate the job before a quote, but this was just a toilet replacement.That being said, they were very responsive and professional. Brandon was a great plumber and he did a really good job. I’d say he went above and beyond.

Leak in pipe late night. Called other companies none could see me until mid week and that was unacceptable. 2 hours after call they arrive. Figured out what was wrong. Saw other things that needed maintenance gave me estimate for everything. No pressure when I stated only wanted my water back on. Fixed quickly. Could have cleaned up where stuff fell from second to first floor but other than that was great experience

Tuan was very nice, helpful and prompt. Had to have a gas line for a dryer upgraded to meet code and repair a slop sink faucet. He did am excellent job.

Our technician, Mike was great. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job installing our new water heater, his work was thorough and neat. I subtracted 2 stars for the company itself. I was not pleased with the pricing at all. I asked for a breakdown in costs and no one could provide one. I was told by the manager (via phone) that this a “flat rate” company, however he could not provide any rates. I see I reading other reviews that extreme charges seems to be common with this company. I believe they make up rates as they go. Truly disappointing.

Extremely poor customer service from this company. Recently purchased a new gas range and called on April 25th to ensure they were able to convert to LP and connect to an existing LP line. The customer service rep told me that would be no problem and told me to contact them approx 2 days before the range would be delivered.Once we got a confirmed appliance delivery date, I called on May 26 to schedule the plumber to come install the new oven. On the scheduled day of install I got a phone call 15 minutes before the end of the appointment window that said they were short staffed and would be unable to make it out today and needed to reschedule to the next day between 8-11am. The next day I had to call after the company failed to show up during the appointment window. When I called at 1120, the customer service rep told me my appointment was put on hold because “we don’t service propane”. In every single call I made it very clear that I needed work done with propane and not once did anyone say that they didn’t work on propane.So now I am struggling to find a different tech to come out on a holiday weekend so I have a working gas range. Would have been nice to know they didn’t work on propane or even a courtesy call this morning to let me know.

They fixed the garbage disposal. It was urgent that they came when they were scheduled to & even though they got backed up on some jobs, they still fit us in. I really appreciated that. They were also terrific about fixing the problem at a reasonable price.

The technician was thoughtful and efficient. He arrived and wore his mask throughout the repair. We were very grateful that the technician arrived on time during a snow storm and performed the repair the same day. It was a little pricey but given the weather, and the emergency nature of the repair, I guess that’s baked into the price. I would definitely recommend this company.

He explained what was wrong with my plumbing and proceeded to fix it. I’m giving the company 3 stars because prices are pretty steep. So be prepared to pay for expedited service.

This company has always been good, but it’s guys like Jamie that make them GREAT! The consummate professional from the start, Jamie walked me through the process upfront and set appropriate expectations. TJ did a wonderful job with our service request. He laid out options and recommendations. He took the time to explain the process and what was necessary, both at this time and for future needs. He also helped consult on some other minor issues we had. The cost of the job was higher than we expected though - a lot higher.

If I had written this review after my initial interaction with the company, it would have been great. We were having issues with a leak, and they were here to look at it within two hours on a Saturday. We were told they didn't have the part but would be back to install it on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Friday, I called back to see why no one had responded to me. I was told a technician would call me shortly. No call. I called Monday morning and was told I would get a call back within 30 minutes. No call. On Monday afternoon, a nice gentleman told me I should have a call back in 15 minutes but definitely within an hour. More than 24 hours later, I am on hold again. Everyone I have spoken with has been very pleasant, but this level of falling short of expectations a company has set itself is not what I expect from the professionals I interact with.

Had a drain in the basem*nt that would occasionally back up when sending a lot of water through the pipes at once. Rep on the phone when I called was friendly and very helpful. They were able to get a technician out the same day, within an hour.Technician was professional, very careful around my house, took a lot of care with the work, and was able to resolve the issue relatively quickly. Price was fair, he was even able to offer a 20% discount.

Not great at all. The plumber themselves was okay but they were way to overpriced. Wanted to charge $700 to fix 2 broken valves and to put toilet back in place. Then they charged my card for a deposit of $200 and never called me back to refund it even though I canceled the service. Not to mention that I canceled the schedul to comeback and do the work the night before but the plumber still showed up the next day because he never received noticed that I had canceled. 🙄🙄

Rayon was an awesome technician. He was knowledgeable and real easy to work with. He let me know exactly what was needed and took care of it. Left area clean.I was very satisfied.

Walter was 6/5 stars for sure. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain what was causing my issues, what we needed to do to fix them (and why!), and how I can prevent the issue in the future.Only minor issue was that while I did get a complete explanation of pricing before any work was done, I didn't get any kind of receipt or proof of payment at the end so that I could keep it for my records.

Gary came out to install a water filtration system I purchased. He was very pleasant, helpful, and thorough. I haven’t been on a well at any point in my adult life so he also taught me how to use it, maintain it, change the filter, put it in bypass mode, etc. This was my first experience with this company so I can’t speak for all their employees but I highly recommend Gary. Really appreciated him.

I am leaving this review because the service I received with Len The Plumber was outstanding! My service technician Neal Dorsey was the best! He took his time to diagnose the problem and told me my options. After talking to him I decided it was best to replace my garbage disposal. He took his time to complete work and when he was done he gave me helpful tips about increasing the longevity of the garbage disposal.Also, I had a washer and dryer installation scheduled around the same time Neal was installing my garbage disposal. I was having difficulties with the washer and dryer installation company about coming out to my apartment to deliver my product and Neal spoke to the customer service representative and asked them to not make the situation difficult and to provide better customer service. Neal did not have to do that, but I am grateful that he did because it made the situation more manageable. He even stayed to make sure that the washer and dryer unit was properly installed.I have used Roto Rooter and other small business plumbers in the past, but never received the same level of customer service Neal provided me. I will forever be a fan of Len The Plumber and I will use them for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

My service man did an excellent job. He showed up on time he, he was able to give me options and made everything very clear and was very honest. When I told him that I was looking at a different company to install the tank and that it had a much longrrwarranty than what his product offered, he told me he didn’t believe the warranty could be as long as was stated, but that if that was true, I should definitely go with the other company. So I appreciated the honesty, fast and efficient work, and the professionalism.

Plumber Jay Foster did a superb job of squaring away emergency plumbing work I needed for one of my bathrooms. Mr. Foster was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was also very helpful in providing me estimates for future plumbing-related remodeling work that I plan to have done on my house in the future. Ms. October Robichaux also did an excellent job of scheduling my appointment. Keep up the superior work!

Very, very poor customer service - they called to say they could not make first appointment earlier in the week (3hr window), rescheduled for today for another 3hr window, which they again called to say they couldn’t make, but not until 2hrs AFTER the initial window. Clearly didn’t prioritize us after missing first appointment - as a potential new customer, thought they would try, but two no-shows (so we waited through two 3hr windows, plus the extra two hours) means I will never call them again. Also, their dispatchers were hard to hear - muffled phones, bad reception, etc. Just an all-around poor, worthless experience.

Len's team did an exceptional service at my home. From the start, their service technician Brandon entered my home with such professionalism and care that instantly, I felt comfortable. My service rep. Cher Sade took a situation that seemed impossible, totally possible. The worked performed in my yard was done so professionally that my neighbors asked about them. Justin Colliere was the plumber that responded to my home. Justin was, very professional; knowledgeable; patient; and selected good quality replacement parts for two different sinks. He did an excellent job of the installing the plumbing materials that I needed. I was very happy with the service I received from Justin.

Treavon has done great work, both resealing a single-piece heavy toilet and snaking our line between the laundry and kitchen sink. I’d recommend Len the Plumber and Treavon in particular.

This company has no problem telling you to replace your working water heater. The plumber who came did not know any thing about gas water heater. I asked him to light up the pilot light of our 9 year old gas water heater. He did not know how to do that but he gave me an estimate to replace the gas water heater of $4000 plus.So I called another company plumber. He came and light up the pilot light and Gas water heater started working. I think they need to train their plumber by sending them to school. And also teach them to estimate.I Will definitely not be using Len the Plumber again. I definitely feel ripped off. I talked to the management and asked that they return my charges. But they did not.The only reason I am giving 1 stars because he came on time..

Absolutely fantastic experience. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our leak exactly as he described in the estimated time. He also installed a new shower fixture while recommending some additional solutions to replacing a vanity and toilet we want to update in the future.

Called for service at 7:30 am, got a call back that technician would arrive between 8 and 11 am.Technician arrived by 9:45 am and assessed the job, we agreed upon the estimate and the Technician proceeded to replace the Hot Water Heater per code. Very knowledgeable and professional; I highly recommend Len the Plumber.This was my second time using Len the Plumber and I am once again satisfied with the service I recoeved for the repair of the toilet. Service date Sunday, 10/16/2022.

Manuel did an excellent job for us as he installed our new gas dryer! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable! What we did not like is the cost of his work! $733 to install a dryer, 2 hours work and hauling the old one away is absurd and very excessive! We had Len the plumber a few months ago and same result, professional work, absorbent price! We will check other firms next time we need a plumber!

Scheduling is easy although I was rescheduled a couple times. Megan arrived on time, explained the steps before repairs, made clean drywall cuts, fixed the burst pipe issue, and cleaned the work area. Megan is one of the best plumbers. I really appreciate the services provided.

Bruce did a fantastic job in identifying two major pipe leaks behind the shower wall, fixed both the pipe leaks in very hard to reach areas between the Dry Wall and Wooden frame, by minimizing the amount of dry wall cut. He was very professional and paid a great deal of attention to ensuring that the repair was a long term fix.

Water Heater broke on a Sunday and they came out, assessed the problem, had the heater in stock and replaced it the very same day!

Megan arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job. I called Len the Plumber the night before because my tub/shower faucet would not cut off. Unfortunately, I was unable to cut off the faucet as the house was not built with an access panel to cut off the water. My only option was to shut down the main water line in order for the water to stop running. Megan replaced the tub/shower faucet, created an access panel and installed two cut off valves. She explained everything, all options, in order for me to make a well informed decision. I will definitely call on her for any upcoming plumbing issues.

Len The Plumber came,what can I say other than I was asked several times to sign his clipboard before the work was done. Never was given/or asked to read what I was signing for he just keep quoting price until he found one that was affordable, while telling me he would do this and that to fix the problem . Needless to say I sign with hope my leaks issue would be solved. never happen but I paid I asked about my water heater and was told my the plumber step by step on how to flush my hot water heater , and that information was completely wrong.

Louie arrived timely, assessed the scene, diagnosed the issue, explained the issue and his plan for fixing the issue, and quickly executed his work to resolve my clogged drain. I’d use his services again 100%.

James came a little after 1pm (he had already worked all morning), and he worked for me until about 7:30 pm. We went to Home Depot for a sink and a toilet, then James worked steadily until the old sink and toilet were removed and replaced with the new fixtures. The building is quite old, so there were some difficulties, but he powered through it all. All throughout the job he was cheerful (although very tired at the end). I was astounded that he finished the job and cleaned up all in one day! No second appointment, no unfinished details. I'm so impressed by the spectacular job And thefact that it was all done in one long day!

Basem*nt flooded again a few hours after the line was serviced

The technicians did a good job. However, I would have given 5 stars if their vehicles were up to the task of delivering water tanks during inclement weather conditions. The trucks need to have 4 wheel drive and winterized tires - it took our technician an hour to pull into our driveway because their truck could not handle the little bit of snow on our street.

Was on time- diagnosed other related issues to replacement of old water tank & fixed problems- polite and patient- left area clean.

When the technician showed up and I showed him the work that needed to be complete it looked to me as though he made up the price on the spot. As if there is no price list for services. He quoted me $460 to unclog an outside walkout drain. He asked why I didn’t want to move forward. I informed him that the cost seemed high and I would not be moving forward with the work. He then advised that I will still have to pay $49. I informed him I’m aware of the process. His customer service wasn’t the best. From the time the technician arrived it didn’t feel like a good fit. I was expecting more from Len the Plumber.

Had a late day sewer backup (yikes!) Called and Vella and John were here in a hour. They figured out the problem and were out the door within the hour. Vella and John were awesome and will request that dynamic duo if needed again in the future.

Called at 12:30 with an emergency repair and they came here and were done fixing it by 4:00. Scheduling was easy, they used email and texts to communicate and I was even able to track when Steve would be here. Steve was great to work with.

I needed an old bathroom vanity removed that was much too large for the space, and I had a pedestal sink I had bought secondhand i wanted hooked up and installed. Two people came, on time, clearly explained what it would take, gave me several options and quoted a clear price for each, did the work that day, and it worked beautifully. They even put the old vanity in my vehicle so I could take it to the ReStore. It was a wonderful experience - I got just wanted, communication was clear, and the price was fair. On a Sunday afternoon I was dismayed to find flooding in my basem*nt around a floor drain. I tried calling plumbers recommended on my neighborhood listserve, but nobody was available that day except an unlicensed technician. A friend suggested Len the Plumber, and I was delighted that a friendly, helpful receptionist answered my call and reassured me that a licensed technician could come out the same day, even though it was a weekend. Within a couple hours, I received a phone call and a text that the technician was on the way, and he arrived shortly thereafter. He brought in the necessary equipment to locate and clear a clog, which fixed the problem promptly, and then he cleaned up thoroughly. And he was friendly and patient in explaining the process and his findings. It was such a relief to have the problem fully solved the same day, before a hectic work week began. Highly recommended!

We had a toilet valve come off with water pouring straight into the bathroom from the pipe! Had to quickly shut off the water to the house. We called Len and they were able to send someone within about 45 min! Walter was awesome- knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly fixed the valve along with replacing a part in the toilet that was broken. He also fixed the valve on a second toilet with the same part so we wouldn’t have to worry. Excellent work, rapid response, courteous service, and really enjoyed chatting with him!

Did good work while there. Had a new issue following their initial work (not sure whether related or not). Scheduled an appointment on a Friday. They were a no show. Called Friday night to ask about appointment. They didn't call back. Called twice Saturday and once Monday. They never called back. Finally went with another company.

If I could give a 0 I would. My mom has them come out to put camera in pipe to see what was clogging toilet up. Camera showed roots. 600.00. That was fine. Estimate to put new pvc 10 ft pipe in $4500. Again was okay but they offer financing. So attempted to get some ball park range on monthly payments. Not one person there could tell me what do do how to find out. Now the good part..while trying to find this information out I received yesterday 3 calls to set the appointment up for work. I recommend the company for all your plumbing needs. The plumber (TJ Nwsou)was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable about the job. He addressed all my concerns and made further recommendations. You could ask for a better plumber! In addition I especially like that can track the drive upon arrival. The plumber assigned to my service request (John) was knowledgeable and very good at resolving my plumbing problem. Len the plumber was negligent and in error cut my main water line while working on my neighbors property prior to me moving into my new house . I had no working water for over 3 weeks upon move in & it was discovered by RV carey plumbing this was the cause of my lack of water . I asked len the plumber to compensate me the $900 RV carry charged for this discovery . Len the plumber also fired the plumber who was responsible for this mistake . Len the plumbers manager John Gentile stated in writing they would compensate me but has never done so and avoided my phone calls. I will now proceed with legal action and also be requesting additional funds for the 21 days I could not move into my new home due to no running water due to their negligence . A simple $900 would have avoided this review and upcoming legal action

This place is great. I called the night before and had a plumber come Out the next morning. Traevon was very nice, on time, and professional. He answered all my questions and made things clear. I didn’t feel like he was trying to get over on me as a woman and he managed to unclog the drain. I will definitely use this plumbing service again.

Nas was great. He arrived promptly and assessed my plumbing issue. He explained the way forward thoroughly and drafted up an estimate. He also informed me I would need a restoration company and provided me a business card for the third party company that Len plumbing uses.

The technician quoted me $400 to replace the seal for the flapper in a toilet tank. The seal, I learned after declining the quote, costs $9. So I went down the street to the hardware store, bought the seal part and spent 5 minutes on the job. This was a deeply disappointing experience because I have used Len the Plumber twice before and found their pricing to be fair and ethical. I understand the need for covering their cost for labor, dispatch and time, but $400 was really beyond the pale and downright exploitive. They have lost my trust and confidence.

Jaime was able to see the issue with a leaky pipe immediately and had a great, simple solution. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for general upkeep! Very happy with the efficiency and friendliness of the service.

LTP advertisem*nt states 'same day service'. This seems like a gimmick as I am STILL waiting for them to contact me regarding a leaky drain pipe. I originally contacted LTP on Monday (3PM) requesting an appointment and a plumber arrived to my house on Tuesday (10AM). The plumber was professional and informative regarding my repair. However, we decided to hold off on the repair, as some prep work had to be done prior to the repair could be completed.Once the prep work was completed, I contacted LTP on Wednesday (8AM) and they stated that my job was being sent to a dispatcher, to assign the job to a plumber. I did not hear back from LTP and at 3PM called them again, to see the status of a plumber arriving to my house. The call center worker stated that my job was still with the dispatcher. (Had I known that no LTP plumber was coming, I could have contacted a different company to complete the repair.)As I type this at 12 AM on Thursday, I have not heard back from LTP dispatcher or plumber AND I still do not have water in my kitchen. Maybe on Thursday, I will get a phone call from LTP AND get a plumber to complete the repair.Unfortunately 'same day service' seems to be only a motto, and not a belief by LTP.

Can to install toilet that was purchased from Home Depot. Box never opened. After partial install identified toilet was defective. Charged $272. Husband went to Home Depot to exchange the toilet. Technician came back to install. After completed the install was charged another $543. Highway robbery. So we had to pay for the service of a defective toilet out of our control and the pay again for the install. $815 to install a toilet that took just under an hour. Look elsewhere. I would not recommend.

I had a toilet backup which they resolved, but for the money they charged the roots still remained in my drain. I paid 200 less to another company and my issue was cleared. I would never use them again as they are overpriced and are limited in what they offer in regards to drain clearing. Two stars because the plumber and escalation manager were nice. Other than that steer clear if you want reasonable pricing.

Our technician was very thorough and, despite the fact that the job turned into something more than he could fix in an afternoon, he was able to help us understand the issues and gave us very clear guidance on what needed to be done to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with the initial call to schedule service. My call was made at 10pm the night before & by 9am the next morning, a plumber (Treavon) was at my home. He was very polite & professional. He went over special promotions before starting the job. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve our plumbing issue after spending over 3 hours to resolve. He called into his supervisor to discuss the issue & the supervisor (drain specialist) said he would be out to hopefully finish the job. Normally I would not write a review for something that was not completed. But Treavon demonstrated his dedication and excellent customer service skills that I admired. I did allow him to repair/rebuild a running toilet which he completed to our satisfaction.I will use LEN the Plumber again IF the supervisor follows through to complete the job we originally called this company to do.

I could talk about all of the normal expectations: friendly staff, expert showed up on time, work was completed same day. What made Treavon stand out was his willingness to try solutions that would save me money first, his care and commitment to not wanting to damage anything, and not only resolving it but giving me tips on how to maintain the integrity of the plumbing in the future. My water heater sprung a leak scheduled online around 5:30am got a call back by 6Am. The appt wa scheduled. The technician came early and he was the nicest person very knowledgeable explained everything and showed me what was happening gave me a quote for repair and replacement. I opted to replace the unit. He came back a few hours later with all the equipment and installed my new water heater explained how it functioned. The whole experience was great. Great customer service, affordable price and the nicest technician ever met.

We had a capped pipe that was leaking on a Saturday and was dripping from the second floor into the kitchen. We had to turn off all water to the house. I called Len the Plumber at 8:30 in the morning and Mark arrived at 2:00 pm, as promised. He was professional and I asked if he could install a valve instead of a cap and he did. I will definitely call Len the Plumber again. I even received a text with Mark's photo before he arrived so I would know who was coming. I like the extra security that provided.

I had Len The Plumber come out to give a quote to repair a hole in the tub drain just above a p-trap. They said it would be a 1-2 hour job. They quoted me $1,500! Also, they showed up about 30 minutes after their appointment window, and said they would have to go get the parts needed for the repair. It was not a complicated repair, why would you not have materials to replace a drain pipe? We did not use their services. $1,500 for a 2 hour job that would cost less than $50 in materials is criminal. They rely on people being in a tough spot and being forced to pay their exorbitant prices, what a sham.

This was a situation where there was an active leak and it was an emergency. I received same day service and it was very fast and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We've used Len a few times and they are pricey but we never had any big issues. This time was different. They came to fix a tiny pin hole in a pipe and we decided to ask them to cut off a pipe that the previous owners had put in and look at our toilet that flushed slowly. For those three things they charged us $1200! But we signed and said OK because we TRUSTED THE DIAGNOSIS. Right? That's why you call a professional because you don't have the answer.When the plumber couldn't fix the toilet (which was $400 of the above charge) he said he would send someone else the next day. This new guy comes and tells us a chain is too long, fixes it in 15 seconds.After they leave, our water pressure in the one shower is nothing. Not even a shower they worked on. We call to have someone come back out and talk to someone about the $400 misdiagnosis. After 3 days of promising someone is coming, we still have no water pressure and no call. We got an email though saying we signed and won't get our money back. Not calling Len again.

I hired this company to replace some shower fixtures in my bathroom. After the plumber arrived on a Thursday and looked at the job, he informed me that he needed to pick up some parts from either Home Depot or Lowe's in order to complete the work. I was a little surprised at his response because the representative at Len informed me that the plumbers' trucks are fully equipped with all types of parts, etc. However, the plumber informed me that he was driving a small truck with nothing in it. He left my house to find the parts. Later he called me to say that he couldn't find the parts at either Home Depot or Lowes but he knew where to get them. Since it was late in the day, he informed me he was unable to pick up the parts until the next day and would return on Friday at 10 a.m. to resume his work. I waited for hours; he did not show up. I called the office and was told that he didn't report to work. I received no apologies or solutions for the inconvenience that I experienced. In fact, the company states that if there is a delay, the customer is informed. That never happened. I had to call the office to inquire about the whereabouts of the plumber. I was told that I would receive a call from someone on their team. No one called. I called Len again to speak to another representative and was informed that the same plumber would be at my house the next day (on Saturday) between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. At 11:30, I was still waiting. The plumber took the fixtures apart which is a great inconvenience. I am highly disappointed and upset at the way I was treated. I am a senior citizen and definitely did not need the aggravation. Len the Plumber should have immediately dispatched someone to correct this problem. I cancelled the job but this is not the end of the story. I will never work with this company again.

The excellent, professional repairman removed my old gas furnace in the basem*nt. He made an in-depth assessment to ensure the work was accurately and safely accomplished. Once completed, he hauled away the furnace and made recommendations for future installation and maintenance. An outstanding service. We will always use Len the Plumber.

Kitchen sink with some kind of a water clog. No testing. No trouble shoot. Complete replacement of the faucet at 6x the price sold at Home Depot. Great customer service from the tech but extremely overpriced for no reason. I also asked for an estimate of a water heater replacement. We scheduled Len the Plumber to diagnose a leak in our shower. The first time they came to the house the plumber was on time and took a look at our issue. He diagnosed it as something that he could not fix and gave us recommendations on how to go about fixing it. We paid for the diagnostic service. We then scheduled our general contractor to follow up and he told us the problem was not diagnosed correctly and to call a plumber again. We were a bit frustrated to hear that considering we just had Len the Plumber come to the house. So we called Len back and said we would like the plumber to come back out and re-diagnose the issue as it was not done correctly the first time. They agreed and scheduled us for service and gave us a date and window of three hours. The day of our scheduled service, we waited three hours, did not hear from anyone, no call, no communication at all. We call Len to see when someone would come and we were told no one is coming because they got slammed. Ok fine, we were annoyed that we did not receive a courtesy call but understand these things happen. We rescheduled for the next day, same window of 3 hours. Again, today, no call, no communication, nothing from Len the Plumber. Wasted our time again, no courtesy call. Apparently they do not value our time and have no problem with us waiting around.We had to call to check in again only for them to tell us nobody is coming. It would have been nice to have received a courtesy call to let us know they needed to reschedule for the second time. Two no shows, terrible customer service, lack of professionalism. Would not recommend them!! We would like our money back.

I am extremely disappointed and very dissatisfied with the work of Len the Plumber. The 1st technician corrected the backup of the sewage in the basem*nt on 8/5/2020 and an assessor came the next day to assess the problem. He used a probe to scan underground to view the sewage pipes which he said were sinking and, a new sewage line was needed. The assessor convinced us to get started immediately for we would have more problems. Len the Plumber technicians began the work on 8/10. It took 1½ days to locate pipes, after destroying our front yard and cutting the main cable two times, the cable is still not repaired, and the yard is still in terrible condition. We were told that the initial Len the Plumber assessor made a huge mistake in his scanning to identify where the sewage lines were underground. We did not expect landscaping to be repaired, but we did expect the excavated area (much of front yard) to be backfilled and mounded to a machine grade which is still not done. I mentioned that the underground electric cable was cut twice, Pepco came out and repaired the cable the 1st time on the day the cable was severed since it impacted all the houses to the right and left of our house. The 2nd cable that was cut only effected our electricity and Pepco brought a piece of equipment to provide electricity to our home on 8/13/2020. Only today, September 11, 2020, Pepco has arrived to install another cable underground to restore electricity to our home. Our front yard is still destroyed, the backfill was very poorly done by Len the Plumber, water stands in areas of the yard which before was graded for a runoff during the rains.

Robert was a fantastic service provider. Punctual, honest, informative and meticulous and tidy in his work. We got help on short notice that was done fast with great quality. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Len the Plumber's Harrison Mesnard did an excellent job helping us deal with a massive leak from some faulty construction work. He was there promptly and helped us through every aspect of stopping, diagnosing, and documenting the leak. He was super helpful in every sense, and for a reasonable price!

We used Len the Plumber several years ago and they were great. So when we needed an emergency plumber again for a sewer line blockage, we called them. A plumber was supposedly assigned and coming out that evening. However, 2.5 hours later, we received a call and told that they did not have a plumber to come out and that the plumber assigned was not actually working that night. They did not have anyone else to come out for same day help. When explaining my upset, the person calling me hung up. Len the Plumber will not be getting my business again. Their internal communication problems resulted in a loss of a repeat customer, especially since by the time they notified me of lack of availability, it was too late to get any plumber out. They need training on communication and customer service. This is not the same Len the Plumber from the past.

Emmanuel (the technician who provided service at my home) was patient and professional.He replaced a faulty sump pump and he answered all of my questions and concerns.My experience with Len The Plumber and Emmanuelwas pleasant and productive.

My elderly Mother had no hot water. Len the Plumber considered this to be an Emergency service and came the same day I called. OtherPlumbers I called tried to schedule me for a week away. Master plumber Anthony and apprentice plumber Tamron met me at the door with masks on and shoe coverings, which I greatly appreciated. They were very courteous and professional as they diagnosed the problem immediately, while explaining it to me at the same time. Anthony carefully instructed Tamron step by step, as he replaced the thermostats in the hot water heater. Tamron was very attentative and eager to absorb the knowledge Anthony was teaching him. We woke up to our basem*nt flooded and eventually pinpointed the problem to a copper pipe that was directly above my Gas furnace in the basem*nt with maybe 2” between the pipe and the top of my furnace. Not only did I have to turn my water off but my heat as well and I have yet to find out if the furnace still works. The odds are not forever in my favor. After calling no less than 6 other places, none of which could come out today (scratch that one could but only if I paid the outrageous fees for emergency rates even though I called them around noon) Len the plumber showed up in less than two hours and found the source of the leak which was 2 floors up. So we got new piping going down all 3 levels of our house and have added drywall to the list of our home renovation. Ugh!I was very grateful that they were able to help me so soon so I wasn’t left without water and heat going into Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you!

My order number was 782183. I've had one good experience and one recent bad experience with Len the Plumber. The plumber came out to unclog an outdoor drain which he couldn't do successfully. I was still charged $300. He said there were roots and there was nothing they could do. Well, after some online research I found that rootx will kill roots and unclog the drain. It worked for me, but I wish the plumber I hired for $300 would have done it. I'm not a fan and won't be using them again. Edit: nobody has reached out to me.

Michael Keys from Len Plumbers did a fantastic job at resolving a very tricky leak that was behind a sink on the first floor. It was not apparent, behind a wall and it destroyed the ceiling of a cupboard we had in the basem*nt. Peter was quick, efficient, clean, hardworking and respectful. We asked him to fit a new plug on a vanity and that proved tricky but he managed this too. He was also helpful with an ill adjusted water spray handle on a moen kitchen water spray. I highly recommend him!

Daniel at LEN The Plumber made me feel like his focus was on helping me with the job on hand. He was the fourth plumber I hired to solve an odor issue in my basem*nt that had lasted 6 weeks. He was the only one who replaced my sump pump and identified the odor source. After following his suggestions, we were able to eliminate the odor entirely. He is a highly respectable plumber with a helping heart!

I was referred to these guys and what a mistake that was. I called and they scheduled a same day appointment between 2-5pm. At 5:30pm after no contact, they call me to apologize and say they can't make it; like yea I know it's 530. I rescheduled for the upcoming Monday between 8am-11am. Again, no communication until 1135am and had the audacity to say someone could be there within the hour. I asked what happened to my original time (8-11) and the lady only said oh yea we didn't have anybody at the time.. yea but no communication? I told them I would find someone else.Maybe others they've helped but I wouldn't call these guys ever again.

She installed a new faucet we had previously purchased and kindly took the old faucet with her to dispose rather than leaving it for me to dispose, which was very courteous! We have used four different plumbing services for various reasons in the past two months, NONE of them hold a candle to Len the Plumber and Rudy! Rudy came for an emergency on a holiday, earlier than originally scheduled, but called ahead to make sure it was ok. We are used to being timed for work on holidays and evenings, so we were hesitant to ask about other jobs we had pending. Rudy explained same prices no matter the day or time they perform services. While here, Rudy did several jobs. Each time, Rudy assessed the scope of work and gave an estimate prior to beginning. He took care of the emergency, as well as other jobs, to the tune of over 5 hours!!!!! We could barely get him to take a 2 minute break to eat and drink!! Rudy was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable,and took so much pride in his work, we thought he must be the owner. Found out he wasn't, but he says everyone there treats clients like that!!! So happy we found a new reliable plumber. Thank you.

Plumber Mr Joyner was excellent. Price was fair. Seemed to be a disconnect between dispatch and scheduling. Canceled initial appointment 15 min before window closed. Appointment for next day was informed at 9 am he would be here in 30-45 min and didn’t arrive until 11 am. Was compensated $. But I called to find out what was going on when late waited on hold 20 min after hang up first call. I would use again but improvements need to be made in communication with customer.

I called Len the plumber to come out on Wednesday 08/02 and they said they will have someone out right away. They then called me to change the appointment time to the next day which I accepted even though it was an inconvenience to me. Over the phone I was quoted 49$ to simple shut off the gas valve behind my stove. Which I then realized was just turning the switch. The guy came 2 hours late on 08/03 and charged me 296$!!! Which was way over price in addition to being late! I wouldn’t recommend them especially if you are a woman as they will scam you.

I have used Len the Plumber many times and I specifically request Tu. He replaced our hot water tank, two valves and explained things every step of the way. It was a long day for him but he wanted to ensure everything met our satisfaction and we had no questions before he left. A++.

I hired LTP service for toilet repair and also to inspect the garbage disposal ( as there was weird sound every time it was switched on).The technician said the toilet fill valve needs to be replaced and with that flapper has to be changed too because later it will also go bad. Regarding garbage disposal he said it needs to be replaced too.I have used LTP before so my mistake was to trust them .When I checked the price of the fill valve, flapper and the g disposable I came to know that I was overly charged.So when I realized that I called their office and notified them about my concern.I received an email from the office manager yesterday saying they think the price was fair and I was not overly charged.I paid some $600 for the replacement of the valve and the flapper (which cost around $30, together), and paid for the replacement of the g disposal around $700.I guess I paid the price for learning a lesson and that is to stay away from “Len the Plumber”.

When there was unforeseen corrosion on the pipes he took the time to carefully explain to me what was going on and the different options. We had a hard time getting a new hybrid heat pump water heater installed and we called Lens and asked for Damond on a neighbor's recommendation. He was very experienced with this type of water heater and very thorough with his work. It was easy to call and schedule and when we had an issue they fixed it right away. It's not cheap but it's worth it!

Employee was not knowledgeable about how to fix the toilet just read his script and option 1-5 with prices from $1088 -366 after charging me $466 the problem still exists. Call another plumber and he fixed it in 5 minutes no charge. So I take it the employee as not being knowledgeable or not try to resolve the problem just trying to see how much he can get the company. This is truly not how business should be done.

They started out great, with text alerts for when the technician would arrive. He was a nice guy, and we scheduled for Monday in the afternoon to put in a new water heater. Monday came, and I called to confirm. They totally bungled the appointment. Sent someone out mid-day (wrong time) and when I called later in the day to inquire, they said they would send someone out tonight between 5-8PM and she would call back to leave a message. Nobody called. I called again and had to tell the same story to 4 different people b/c every transfer to a new person was 'cold' without letting them know the issue. So now I'm talking to the branch manager trying to get to the bottom of this, or go somewhere else. Now they're telling me it has to be tomorrow, after I waited around all day today, and cleared out a closet full of tools etc that are now all over the living room.Update: Appointment scheduled for 3 the next day. They showed up an hour early. Will spare details, but bottom line is Paul and his helper did a great job and very friendly. But the inner office communication is a bit of a disaster.Should not take 6-7 phone calls to coordinate an on time appointment. Happy with work performed with no mess, and new water heater installed.

Len The Plumber came out, and looked at the toilet to be installed and said it was beyond his expertise ???😡😡. He said he didn’t have a drill I said I have a drill, he couldn’t do it. When I made the appointment I told them it was a European toilet. Mr Jonathan Narh. He said call the manufacturer to see if they could recommend another plumber. Unbelievable had to have the water turned of for 5 floors in condominium

Manuel took care to protect my flooring and carpets through the use of ground covers and shoe covers. I've reached out to Len the Plumber on several occasions to get my issue resolved and no one will return my call. It seems they're in the business of ripping off their customers, taking all their fixtures, replacing them with inferior parts from their truck and then disappearing while charging exorbitant pricing. The parts don't fit, so I still have a hole in my tile. I've gone to several plumbers and parts stores who are all horrified to hear how my shower and drywall were torn apart, and that no one will return my calls. Do not use them if you want ethical service.

Please do not waste your time, energy and money with Len the Plumber. As you can see from several of the critical reviews, Len does not respect its customer's time. We had 3 NO SHOWS, no courtesy call to let us know they would not be coming which was extremely frustrating as we took time off from work to be home.On top of their lack of professionalism, they are dishonest and OVERPRICED, they quote one price on the phone ($49) to come assess the leak and when they arrive they tell you it is going to be a different amount ($200+) just to look at the leak and give a quote. This type of bait and switch is shady and feels like a scam. This needs to be disclosed at the time of the call.After having 3 of their incapable plumbers come to our home, we had paid over $1200 (way too much) but still had a leak which they did not seem to care about. One of their plumbers was so lazy, my husband had to ask him to investigate the leak by climbing up on our ladder to see where the water was coming from. This did not instill any confidence in us with their ability to find the cause of the leak and fix it so we asked for a refund given we still had a major leak and we were told we would not get one. They asked for more chances to send another plumber but we were just done at this point. Our expectations that they would show up were very low and even lower in their ability to address our plumbing issues. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Service: Blockage of Men’s Room ToiletThe technician was disrespectful in tone. Didn’t complete the job. Left the work area total unsatisfactory. There was feces left on the toilet lid and seat, foot prints in the work area that appeared to be laden with feces. Upon entering the restroom there was a twelve inch brown stain left by the snaking equipment.While we have used your services in the past, this contractor has left a poor model of what normally is a simple job. The job overall was not completed to success. He informed the on-site supervisor that the snaking equipment was not adequate to breach the blockage.We were told to get another company with water pressure equipment to perform the service.

The technician trouble shooted and diagnosed my problem with my water pipes making a grinding sound. Water pressure was too high and he installed a new pressure relief valve PRV to fix the problem. Also I feel the the repair cost was excessive and expensive.

It's always unpleasant to have to do expensive home repairs and maintenance, which was the case with using Len the Plumber. They sent H. Belhadj to our house, who took care of our needs and at least made it understandable - why we needed some of the work done. I appreciated that everything was transparent and documented in writing - a written estimate for all jobs, and Belhadj explained all aspects of the jobs and answered our questions clearly about why the work needed to be done. He checked in frequently about what he was doing and on his progress with the jobs. One of the jobs took longer and was more complex than expected, but Belhadj stayed to get the job done and was patient the whole time.

My main drain was completely clogged as soon as the technician arrived he realized how upset i was, from start to finish he assured me its gonna be ok im gonna fix this which made me feel alot better and sure enough he cleared it i was very happy he got it fixed but more than that i appreciated his level of customer service which in this day and age is getting harder to find Naree is a great asset to len the plumber.

Yves Tiokeng from Len the Plumber repaired our toilet. Installed new float valve, intake flexible pipe, flap valve. The job was completed expediciously and well. Yves is highly professional, polite and knowledgeable. Explained what was needed, why and what we should do. Five stars for service. Only downside was the price, for which Yves had little control. I suppose things have become quite expensive! Overall five stars because of Mr. Tiokeng’s work.

Service was pricey but the job was done very well and in a timely manner.

I paid them 49$ for an estimate. 6 days later that still have not provided an estimate and are not refunding my money. I called them 5 times over the 6 days and they repeatedly told me estimates take 24-48 hours… 148 hours later still no estimate or refund. Don’t waste your time calling them. If I could give negative stars I would.

So apparently the company that did our bathroom did a horrible job. Honestly we didn't want to deal with them for a clogged drain. So we called Len. They sent Justin Collins who dectected the problem the previous company but the trap was backwards and they put concrete in the drain. Justin did his best but now we have to call the other company back. But Justin was very helpful and professional and just a good dude.

Mike MaCauley was straight forward and explained everything needed as he went over the estimate. He even caught a few things that will need attention in the future. He was very courteous and considerate of keeping the work area neat/clean, and from what I can tell, he did an excellent job. This is my first time using Len the Plumber but it definitely will not be the last.

Had to have my kitchen sink unclogged. I called first thing in the morning. Technician arrived within the hour. I was a little shocked by how expensive they are, but understand plumbers are not cheap. He was very professional.

He came right at the beginning of the 3-hour arrival window, which in itself is better than most arrival windows. He was very pleasant and diagnosed what needed to be done quickly. I didn't know I would need a new faucet and disposal, but since I have been here almost 27 years, I suspected. It didn't cost as much as in my worst fears, and it all got done quickly and easily, with not need to cut off the water supply to half of the building, as is often needed. It really was about as painless as you could hope for.

Rudy was amazing! Extremely professional, on time, never stopped working. Left the premises clean. We truly appreciate him and the fine work he did!

We had two small gas leaks identified that needed repair. We called Len the Plumber for an estimate. All parties at Len's that we talked to were respectful and easy to work with, including the tech that came to our home (hence the 2 star!). The verbal estimate that we got though was very high (we never received a written or digital estimate, though we asked for it). The next day we were able to work with a smaller company, who resolved the issues (in under 1 hour) at a cost less than 1/2 Len's estimate. Maybe in a jam and for emergency they are a good option, but we found them significantly overpriced for this job.

I had an awful experience with this company. A simple job turned into a disaster. All I needed was refrigerator water line hook up. The technician James showed up but could not connect because the old tube was leaking. I asked him to turn off the valve under the sink completely to keep the water from running and was confirmed that it's been shut off before he left (obviously it was not). When I asked him why there was water still coming out of the hole on that tube, he told me that was just the water still left in there and it should gone in no time. However, 10 minutes after he's gone, the water was still running non-stop, as the picture shows. I tried to turn it off myself but the valve was so tight that only pliers can do the job, which James used in the first place but I didn't have in the house. I called Len The Plumber immediately begging them to call James to return since the water was running so fast that I had to change towels every 5 minutes. But they transferred me to different parties who did not know what to do although everyone on the other end knew how serious the situation was, they just refused to send anyone to fix a simple shut down problem. After several attempts (I missed 2 calls from them, although called back right away but could not get John, the person who called me. I spent almost 2 hours trying to get help from this company), they told me the managers took off, so they would call me back in 24-48 hours, of course, nobody called me back even till today, 4 days now. The apartment was flooding, water leaked to under the floor, but this company did not care or at least did not have any solutions right at the moment but asked me to wait. Finally I gave up and called a friend who asked his plumber friend and got it fixed right away, thank God. I will definitely not use this company again. The technician was not reliable and am very disappointed with the customer service.

Service was great and super fast. He also explained every step that he was doing to unclog the drain. He even cleaned up afterwards and made sure to ask if his cleaner wouldn’t damage the hard wood floors.

I used this company to install a water filtration system and a new faucet. The work was fast and well done, and scheduling was very easy. My plumber, Kraig, was also very friendly and did an excellent job explaining things to me.

I’d like to take a moment to share how satisfied we are with Bruce’s help. We had a challenging plumbing leak repair. Bruce did a great job fixing it in a temporary basis. We are working with him on a more permanent solution. Everyone at Len the Plumber was very cheerful and helpful.

Patrick, the plumber, did indicate they would not guarantee their work but if he couldn’t clear it, he would send a camera into the pipes. For $1000, I agreed. He worked but didn’t call me back to indicate the work was done, and two days late the stoppage was back. Well, I asked for him to send a camera down but felt the company kept bouncing me around. Patrick did eventually call a week later to say he thought the issue might be disposable wipes but no one was going to send a camera down and when I called again to speak with someone in the office and to get a paid invoice and report, the very nice lady indicated Len had gotten complaints about this plumber which of course had me wondering why they sent Patrick to my house in the beginning. I never received a report though I eventually received the paid invoice. I never got someone to come out with a camera. I paid another plumber another $1000 to come clear the stoppage and they did that as well as sent a camera down. They also guaranteed their work for six months. So maybe don’t let all the advertisem*nts persuade you. It could truly cost you; and other companies will stand by their plumbers and their work.

I called to set up an appt and was given a 3 hour window. No one came within the 3 hours. I called and was told someone would be there in 45 mins. Two hours later he showed up. That plumber told me a camera guy would come the next day at noon and it was never scheduled. I had to call their office many times to work all this out and no one was ever able to give me answers or solve problems.

Contacted Len the Plumber nearly 24 hours in advance for service in the Southern Maryland area. I was given a 3 hour window for a next day appointment. I was told the technician would contact me and let me know when he was on the way during the call and it was followed up immediately with a text to my phone with their contact number. Nearly 15 minutes before the end of my appointment window I called the 800 number to identify when the technician would arrive. I was placed on hold and was told that the technician would not make my appointment and could possibly do it later in the day! What??? After wasting 3 hours and no courtesy call to say there was a delay? THEN...I was informed that they could give me an appointment TOMORROW morning with another 3 hour window with no guarantee that that commitment would be kept as well! Won't do it! They might do good work, but customer service is what is greatly lacking. I'll find someone else that values my time and leave a positive review if they treat me as if they want to build a relationship and be an advocate for their brand!

This is our second time using Len The Plumber because we had a great experience the first time with our basem*nt flood. They were able to repair and install a new water heater and pump the same day we called, making sure that we did not go a day without warm water. I do not remember the technicians name, but he was very kind and informative. He was also able to help us when we had a family emergency while he was working in our house, and we are very grateful for that. We will continue to use them if we have any other issues at home.

Len the Plumber provided fast, high-quality service. When I called to ask for help with a small leak on the faucet that feeds our washing machine they sent a personable plumber who clearly knows what he's doing.My issue is two-fold. First, the price was ridiculous. We were charged $934 to cut out the faucet and replace few inches of copper pipe on either side of the hot/cold. In hindsight, I should have called another plumber when he told me that the price would jump from ~$300 to ~$900 if he couldn't unscrew the old faucet bib. But I authorized him to proceed because we had movers on the way and I just wanted the problem to go away. The second issue is that no one called me back when I tried to contact the company to confirm that there hadn't been an inadvertent pricing error before posting this review. In fact, when I called to ask about the pricing a few days after we had the work done, the person who answered the phone interjected something about the technician is responsible for all pricing before reluctantly agreeing to have a manager call me. (That didn't happen, unless I missed the call.)So, no concerns about the work ... just the price.Update: Someone called after I posted this review. It turns out the price was correct. They do charge that much.

We had a broken PVC pipe under the kitchen sink that was very attached to the wall fitting. Kristina was awesome! Through her expertise and, quite honestly, transparency , she kept our overall cost and scope of work down by dismantling the broken coupling. Within two hours we had our kitchen back!

I give Len the Plumber 5 Stars. Jeff, John and the rest of the team were phenomenal. I was not excited about the prospects of replacing my main sewer line, but they made the process much less painful. Starting with Jeff who ran the camera and provided the estimate then to John and the team that performed the work jack hammering my basem*nt and replacing the pipe. They were all very professional from start to finish and answered all of my many questions throughout the process. They all went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the job. DO NOT USE. Unbelievably unresponsive and unprofessional. I had a leak allegedly from a toilet upstairs that caused a patch in the ceiling to fall through. $500 later for a WAX SEAL and new valve, (about $20 tops to buy from hardware store) the plumber left and later that evening there was moisture near the site of the repair and a massive leak in the bathroom below the site of the repair. I called back to schedule for someone to come back out and was promised next day between 12-4. At 4:15 I get a call to say no one can come, reschedule for the next day for service between 8am-12pm. At 8am, I get a call saying no one is available that day either, get rescheduled AGAIN for Monday first call and still have yet to hear from them or get any kind of valuable information. Now my leak has caused even more damage to my bathroom for waiting on this terrible plumbing service. Completely unreliable and overpriced. ***UPDATE: no one from customer service has reached out as their comment says, and when I called again about the problem, I was hung up on by their phone operator.

Plumber arrived on time and was very friendly. He worked for about 2 hours to unclog our outdoor drain near our basem*nt door. We had previously called roto-rooter but they could not solve the problem.Fee was communicated up front, and was cheaper than other companies at $425 to unclog and snake the outdoor drain.Overall these guys were great and are going to be my new go-to plumbing company.

Our water heater went on the brink during a weekend. After calling Lenthe Plumber on a Saturday morning, we were deemed an emergency call and within two hours, our repairman, Marcus, arrived. He assessed the problem, our 40 gallon water heater was shot and overflowing into our basem*nt bathroom. Once he drained the old water heater, he removed the old water heater and replaced it with a new water heater. He also found a leak on the service line to our water heater. He did all this over 4-5 hours and the whole time Mr. Marcus was pleasant, easy to talk to and very professional. He also honestly informed that the cost of our service would exceed the estimate he made due to finding and fixing the line leak and the labor hours entailed. Water heaters go out every 10-15 years or so. We are not trying to replace our water heater anytime soon but we are very happy with the job done by Len the Plumber and Marcus. Thank you for saving our weekend. :)

Kristina showed up news years day when other plumbers were not even responding to calls. She quickly assessed the problem and tried to find a new unit for me. Came back in a snowstorm a couple days later to install the new unit. Very careful about leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the job and thoroughly explained to me how the new unit worked and necessary upkeep going forward. Overall great service u fee difficult circ*mstances.

This company has no problem putting the screws to you when they can. The plumber who came out was great, but the company charged me $1600 to fix some minor gas leaks to the natural gas furnace and water heater piping. An insane amount of money considering all he did was unscrew the pipes, put new sealant on the joints, and screw them back together. He was here for 2 hours and used about $50 in parts (one shutoff and one coupling).I had them do the work as the house had been without heat overnight since the gas was already shut off by the gas company, and it’s winter. This was not an emergency call at odd hours, just normal service visit.Will definitely not be using Len the Plumber again, I’ll can get a reasonable plumber out who won’t charge me $800 an hour. I definitely feel ripped off.The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is that the plumber who did the service, Neal Dorsey, was great, and I know he doesn’t set the prices.Edit: they like to say their prices are appropriate. The problem is, they only compare themselves to other fixed price schemes. For most people a time and materials pricing would be far more reasonable. Especially in my case, where I would have paid less than half of what Len the Plumber charged me. Also I find it pretty odd that they have a very high rating on google, but take a look on Yelp where they have 2-stars.

These folks have done several services for us in the past few years, from a minor pipe repair to a complete sewer hookup install, and all of their work has been excellent and reasonably priced. I'm impressed every time by the quick response and skilled, knowledgeable technicians.

Brian came out today early for us, gave us a great evaluation and great advice to help us fit our job to our needs, then did a great job installing our new water heater and showing me how to work its adjustments and attend to its maintenance. He gave me far and away one of the best plumbing services I’ve ever had to one of my homes. He was terrific!!

They are very expensive please stay away from this business.They charged me $49 as visit fee. on top of that when technician arrived for estimating where the leak is from they have an estimation fee od $272. Now for estimating he had to open ceiling dry wall which he mentioned is not included in the charge and you have to find some one to close the opened dry wall.When he opened the dry wall he found a wax ring that was bad and need replaced. He mentioned that this is going to cost me $410 to change wax ring on one toilet and its there standard cost for toilet repair. It includes change of wax ring, put two new bolts in there. They also want me to pay immediately after they estimated a total cost of $682 and they would remove the visit fee and before they are leaving. So in general this is bad company to deal. BTW a new toilet replacment from the same company including the new toilet and labor costs $740.I said no to the work and the plumber left my place with a hole in the wall that i need fix now. Very bad experience.

Naree was wonderful. We had an emergency on a Sunday when our main drain backed up and sewage was leaking in our basem*nt. Naree came out promptly and was nothing but efficient and professional. He also provided the name of a great contractor who came out quickly and cleaned the mess. Then he followed up to ensure satisfaction. He really saved us and we very much appreciate it.

I scheduled an appointment for between 11am and 2 pm. At 1:55 pm, after receiving no contact, I called their number to request an ETA. They told me they would leave a message for someone to call me with a status. 45 minutes later, they called me back to tell me the technician would be at my home within 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called them again because there was still no one at my home. They called me back to say they didn’t realize the tech was on lunch and again said someone would be at my home within 30 minutes. He finally showed up another hour and a half later at a little before 6:00pm, and then tried to charge an unreasonable price for a simple bathtub drain snaking before being talked down to something more reasonable. Next time I’ll call someone else because they clearly have communication issues and have no respect for people’s time. I had to waste a whole day of my weekend (7 hours) waiting around for them. Their website said they don’t charge extra for weekend calls, which is why I picked them, but they just inflate the price of their services to make up for it I guess. The job took all of 20 minutes from arrival through cleanup. If they were too busy to show up at the scheduled time, they could have just been honest up front about it and I would have been happy to reschedule for the next day.

I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling. The plumber tore the ceiling apart and then said he couldn’t do the work. I would need to get someone to find the leak and then he would come back and fix it. I like to hire people who just solve the problem . I’m glad he didn’t try though because at that point I didn’t trust his abilities. I will never use Len the Plumber again. I got charged $233.00 to have a large hole in my ceiling.

I was told they would come between 8 and 11 and then sent a text that they would come between 11 and two and then told they would come at 4. They came after 5 PmShame on themThey ruined my Sunday and should have done something to make up for this disrespect.

This was not a sumple case of unclogging a drain. In addition to unclogging the drain the technician replaced a faulty double sink drain and installed two new fixture valves. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He explained everything fully and carefully. He was extremely polite and respectful of us and our home. He cleaned everything fully before leaving. On the whole a very low positive and pleasant experience.

First Google review ever and I would leave zero stars if it were an option!I scheduled an appointment on 1/23/2023 for same day service between 2pm and 5pm. No one ever called as I was instructed, when a driver was in route. I called at 5pm and was told that it was a busy day and there were many other service emergencies, and they would need to reschedule. I took off a day of work to be home for this service and this company failed me. I will never use this company again and hope that others will read this review and choose a different company that will actually honor scheduled appointments and their customers time.

Very very friendly professional people. On time and the staff member was very nice and on time. Very knowledgeable and explained everything carefully so I'd understand it. BUT. The price for a standard inspection for a condo (yearly condo inspection required from the condo association) was absurd! $295 for 15-20 minutes of work is insane. I wish I could continue my business with this company but the price was way to high and they said there was nothing they could do for the price. My neighbor used a different local company for his inspection and they charged him $149.95. Lesson learned.

I called Len the Plumber early this morning around 7:45am because my garbage disposal went out last night. Afadr looking at reviews from different companies, Len the Plumber had the best overall.The lady who answered the phone was very nice when helping me schedule the appointment and she asked what time works best and she said there was availability in the 8am-11am timeframe to which I was pleasantly surprised, so I booked it.The tech that arrived was Royan Brown at 930 (which was pretty good considering PG County morning traffic). He introduced himself and I told him the issue and he immediately went to check it out and confirmed the strong suspicion I had about the garbage disposal. He quickly gave me the estimate of the cost and I asked if he could also apply the $60 off coupon which he did (trust me it really helps!). Afterwards, I also asked him to check out an issue I THOUGHT I had which was a lack of drainage in one of the showers. He scoped it out and determined nothing was wrong, just needed a bit of normal homeownership maintenance. Then I mentioned that the water pressure wasn’t great in the upstairs bathrooms (2), so he graciously asked to see the utility room and immediately found the issue — the pressure valve was barely turned! He also explained other valves for my own knowledge. Last, he also provided me with an estimate to install a new faucet since the one I currently have is broke. Really nice guy!Overall, not only did Royan fix the issue at hand, but provided knowledge on other home maintenance. I am very pleased with the professionalism from Royan. Will ask for him by name if another issue arises.

I do not normally write reviews, but I had to with this company. First of all when they say 24/7 that's exactly what it is. I called on a Saturday night and they sent out a plumber Sunday morning. With no additional weekend fee. And the guy that came out was very professional and respectful of my home. He practiced all COVID protocol. As well as explained what the issue was. They give u an opportunity to decline the work after the diagnosis which some others do not. I do believe there was just a 49$ cost for them to come out which was included in the price of the job. Overall great experience and most importantly they fixed the issue.

Garbage disposal started leaking right before a big party! (Of course!🙄) We called Len the Plumber as we had a good experience with them in the past. Sure enough; Justin showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the disposal and was done quickly. I appreciate the friendly, professional service and never feel like I’m getting a run around. Overall an excellent experience. Our technician, Joe Johnson, was timely and professional. He completed the job in short order and even took care to clean the work area on completion. Even with a slight issue caused by the lack of a part provided by the fixture supplier, he was able to find a duplicate part on his truck and complete the install. I will use Len the Plumber again!

Please don't use this firm.I scheduled an appointment which they firm said would be between 2 and 5 on 01.07.2023. Waited until 5 pm. No one ever arrived or telephoned. When I called the firm, I was placed on hold which the operator tried to contact a dispatcher. After a period, I was advised that there was no one available, perhaps they could get a plumber for the next day.I advised that I would seek service elsewhere.

He replace the hoses that went from under the sink to back of refrigerator. He came in yesterday look upstairs looked downstairs and figured the problem right away he fix the under the sink then came back today and finished the job. He was amazing he was great! Will call your business again and ask for him.

Damond addressed a number of problems with our water tank and made some good, reasonable suggestions for measures to prevent issues in the future. What I really liked was his quick response when I asked him to come back later that evening to make sure my wife was okay with the settings on the system. I will keep his number handy for sure!

Jake was exceptional. He was professional, punctual and friendly. He performed a comprehensive check on why my toilet was backing up and was able to discover the my sewage extractor had broken and was backed up and dumped about 3in of sewage into my crawl space. He quickly put in contact with a great mitigation company. Jake installed a new ejector pump that bathroom usable in no time. Jake explained everything. I knew exactly what he was doing and why. Jake's estimate was spot. I highly recommend Jake (and Len the Pumper). I would definitely use them again.

PLEASE give him a raise, do whatever is necessary to keep him employed with your establishment. We will request him specifically. He is kind, TRUSTWORTHY & Professional !The only complaints - one little and a little bigger.1. that lower level toilet IS running and we still have to turn the water off when not in use. This is one of the issues we requested to be address when we first called and again when the plumber was here. And we are still stuck with a running toilet.2. The bill … and it was not horrible however we should have asked to examine and discuss amongst ourselves the other estimates that were prepare which we did not see. That is on us.

Highly recommend. Before the plumber arrived, I was sent a text with his name, picture and a link allowing me to track how far he was from my house. He inspected my problem and showed me the set price list for fixing it (no per hour pricing). There was an additional problem that arose that required the water company to come out and fix. The plumber took care of arranging that. While the water company did what they needed to do, the plumber left but came back as soon as he was notified he could continue the job. The work was completed in a timely, professional manner. I will call them again if I need a plumber.

Woke up today 29 June 2023 to no hot water. No time or desire to replace it myself, so I did a quick google search and found Len the Plumber. Submitted a quick service request online for the 1100-1400 timeslot and got an email and text confirming the appointment. They even called early to see if they could come earlier, but my schedule didn't support that. The technician that arrived was Sylvester McDowney. What a great guy! Professional in every aspect, walked me through options, answered all my questions and got right to work after we agreed on the plan. Same day service with a quality team and quality parts with a job completed to perfection. I even had another minor issue in my basem*nt bathroom that required attention and he took the time to fix that too! If I were you, I would call Len the Plumber!

Used this company to hook up a washing machine and solve a couple of related complications. We had a few frustrating glitches with the initial scheduling but our technician, Manual, was great — very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Friendly phone staff to make the service window appointment kept me informed as to arrival time and then sent me a picture with my technician’s name prior to his arrival. Michael was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and quoted me a price to fix it. Work looks great and I was so glad he happened to have the type of garbage disposal I needed, stocked on his truck.

Technician showed up an hour after he said he was 15 minutes away and sat in his truck for 30 minutes before I went out and knocked on his window. Took him another 45 to give me an estimate and said I'm going out to get a bite, want anything? I called while he was gone (for too long) and cancelled with the main office. They said no problem and the tech came back anyways. He asked why I cancelled, and I said that he wasted half of my day and I felt bad about what I was being charged. He said well just sign here and pay the diagnostic fees of $700 and he would go. I said Have your office call me and we can work it out. He said alright $44 evaluation and I'll leave. Have had 2 cases now with Len the Plumber where their guys work for themselves. Be wary!

I had Len the Plumber come help with installing a sink and rerouting some supply lines in my laundry room. Mike came out on Tuesday and we worked out a plan of action. We then scheduled ed for his return on Friday to allow me time to get everything ready for the install. I threw a couple curve balls at him but he rolled with it and did an excellent job. He was very professional and timely. Whenever I popped my head in he would explain what he was doing and made sure it was what I wanted. I was extremely happy with my service and will use them again in the future if I have another plumbing job.

Despite Len the Plumber’s false claim, they are not “The only way to get a plumber today.”Instead of lying in your ads, saying you’re the only 24/7 plumber, you could legally say, “The very best way to get a plumber today, just call Len the Plumber” . Kraig was awesome! He explained in detail everything that needed to be done and he performed the work excellently. He was meticulous in his work and cleaned up when he was finished. He was very personable and friendly to everyone. He was especially respectful to my 86 year old husband who has dementia. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing jobs performed.

Replaced leaking faucet, shutoff valves to sink and toilet. Replaced 5 ft of galvanized pipe with copper, replaced home shutoff valve and pressure regulator. Manual Vasquez showed up at the front end of the service window. Surveyed work to be done, pointed out the issues with the home shutoff valve and piping. Work was done expeditiously and professionally. Manual gave a quote for services up front. He was polite and professional. After cleanup you wouldn't have known he was even here. It was a good experience. Would use this provider again, especially Manual.

We were charged an additional $554 by the technician. I contacted the office for an explanation of the charge and they did not know what it was for. They explained that they will contact the tech and let me know what the charge is. I have yet to hear back.

I was an unhappy customer at first because I had had the plumbers out 5 weeks prior for the same problem . Naree Hawkins addressed the stoppage in a professional and timely manner. He was patient and explained everything before he started the job and checked everything after completing the job.. His work ethics are to be complimented. I’m a very satisfied customer.

The first appointment had to be rescheduled. An attempt to call me didn’t come through so I called them toget an estimated arrival time. I understand that it’s difficult to know how long other jobs will take so gave them the benefit of a doubt. I was rescheduled for a couple of days later and all went smoothly. I appreciated Kraigs honesty about which grade disposal I should purchase. The only reason I would not hire Len the Plumber again was the cost of the job which was about twice what I expected. 640.00 seems a bit steep. Next time I’d make some more calls to get estimates.

The plumber sent, Laldinpuia Ralte , showed up on time. However immediately diagnosed the drainage issue as major and proceed to quote $1500-$1700 estimate for the work. After spending 2 hours on it by trying snake the line he said he wasn't able to rectify the issue. Ended up calling DC water who came the following day and resolved the issue with in 10 minutes. Plumber still got paid $970 which is an embezzlement. I have reached out to Lens management who said would call me back with in 24 hours but have not. Beware customer s.

I am still waiting to receive an estimate for the work requested. Also, need a more professional plan that can be submitted to the county for the permit. We have a leak on a PVC line connecting to a propane heater and water pump for our swimming pool. Upon our request ,Lens the plumber sent a plumber to our house on Friday afternoon 5-19-2023. Upon arrival he said nothing cannot be done that afternoon and then took a quick look at the problem. Within one minute literally, he said the whole PVC line connections have to be replaced for a whopping $2700.00. When I hesitated he started selling to me that I would save a few % if I decide to enroll an annual service plan that Lens the plumber offer. Ok ,sale pitch. I cannot argue against that. But the sad thing is that he spent more time on that than diagnosing our plumbing issue. What is more maddening is that we found another plumber the following day who determined that a lot of the proposed work was not necessary and they fixed the problem within one hour of labor charge for much much less fee. I guess gouging and unethical business practice are the two relatively mild words I would use to voice my complaint . BTW I did pay my $49 the mandatory fee for nothing because the technician was not honest.or incompetent..

Mr. Paul Mair and his assistant did a fine job at our house with switching a faucet, the mechanism of a toilet and fixing a shower poorly installed by Champion that simply couldn't be used (and never fixed). Also he was responsive, fast, respectful and punctual.

Brian was on time, identified both problems quickly and went above and beyond to make sure both were fixed before he left. Would definitely use Len the Plumber again and would request Brian to be the person they send.

The repair man was very unprofessional and unfriendly. He was over charging, couldn't even come in to turn on and off the water main. Went to go get parts for almost an hour. Was very inpatient. No suggestions was given on how to prevent future damage. I think I was over charged. Will never use Len the Plumber.

Belhadj with Len was an amazing plumber. We had issues with our sink, dishwasher and a washing machine that was giving us trouble for months. He was able to repair all 3 issues in an extremely timely manner. And made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and what some of the potential causes to the problems could have been. I 100% will be using Len again in the future and requesting Belhadj specifically.

Technician was friendly and professional, fixed the issue with my garbage disposal- Just needed to fish out a piece of plastic. But it was much more expensive than I could have predicted. It might have been worth it to try getting it out myself before spending several hundred dollars for the few minutes of his time. I’d recommend you really make sure you need a plumber before committing to the cost.

Had an emergency sewer leak in my basem*nt and Len the Plumber was able to come out within 2 hours to assess the situation and complete the main drain clean out. The technician was knowledgeable and relatively clean with his work, and I have been satisfied with the outcome. The price was provided up front for the service, it seemed comparable to other plumbers.

Fast service. Discovered a leak in the water heater that morning. Was able to get a technician to me within a couple of hours.The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable, and careful with my home. Would have maybe picked another brand of water heater, but it was an emergency situation. Later research revealed I got a pretty good and well regarded piece of equipment anyways.This was my second time calling LTP for an emergency and this experience was easy better than the last. They’ve improved the customer service significantly. Would use again assuming price competitiveness.As for the price of the water heater installation, I felt it was fair. Asked around, and for a professional company, I got a good price in line with my expectations.

Service Tech Ed was terrific. Knowledgeable, honest. We had a complicated situation with water lines and he offered several solutions. I trusted his recommendations. He checked other plumbing in our condo and found a potential issue with our water heater that he fixed easily. Ed was a pleasure to work with, really did a great job.

I really appreciated the time he took to explain the situation, which was a leak that had sprung in the bathroom. I had a less good experience with a previous employee who underestimated how much time was needed for the job, and who was unable to finish during that visit.

The company service representation, Jamie Zimmerman, was professional and thorough in diagnosing my water heater leak and explaining options to replace it. He located the cause of the leak, determined it could not be repaired and discussed replacement costs, code compliance requirements and installed a new unit. He explained every step of the process and resolved a huge problem in a timely manner. Jamie left me with a very favorable impression of the company and I would use Len’s services again.

Prompt service on the 12/31 because of a pipe burst from freezing temp. Anthony was very professional, diagnosed, and fixed one of the leaks with appropriate documentation for the insurance company.

Len the Plumber was an extremely quick and professional service. Very easy to book online. The next day I had a confirmation in my inbox and they called me to give me 45 minutes notice before the technician arrived at my home. The technician Manuel was skilled, kind, and resolved my garbage disposal issue very quickly and professionally. I will be using them in the future.

From great service when they started in the area, to just over charging you for being well known. I cannot recommend them anymore. I have been a long time client and even though they are available, they overcharge for their work. A 20 minute job which I could have performed, (shut off the two valves, loosen the two couplings, remove the pressure regulator, put the new one in and tighten and check for leaking and make sure the pressure is correct, adjust if necessary). They charged over $600 for the work as I was not home and my son had to be there to let them in. I even had the replacement part (pressure regulator), which they had originally installed when they replaced my main supply line. My son said the plumber also smelled like he was smoking weed heavily. I complained about the overcharge and they didn't follow up as they promised. Both by email and by phone.I gave them over a week to address my concerns by both calling them as well as sent the email response back to their customer service email and they said they would get back to me immediately by phone but never did.If you want to pay high prices this is the plumber to use. Their automation of dispatch is very good as they are pretty prompt and available.

They managed to delete the review I have already written. They charge 250% of what similar companies charge for precisely the same job. They refuse to provide you with a detailed invoice detailing parts and labor. They charged $1,200 for installing a kitchen faucet. Since the part cost around $300, they charged $800 for labor that lasted 25 minutes. They appear to prey on elderly people. I will never use their services again.

Kristina came to complete our service call. She was very thorough in explaining about our water leak in a pipe that feeds an external hose bib. She inspected the other pipes in our system to alert us to possible corrosion. She was able to replace the problem pipe in two small areas and install a new valve in a short amount of time. She is a pleasure to work with.

He fixed my broken water pipe quickly and professional.I’m only giving 4 Stars here, as the emergency service person promised service within 2 hours, but nobody showed up nor was any manager available when I followed up multiple times that day (Thanksgiving).Anyway, I’m glad they called right in the morning on the next day and sent Joseph within an hour.

After coming home to my tub and toilet not draining + water leaking on my floor, I decided to reach out to Len The Plumber for service. The First Lady I spoke to over the phone was friendly and very helpful (thank you for that- wish I had a name). They sent out a plumber (Laldinpuia R.) who arrive within 1.5 hr. As soon as he walked into my bathroom he turned and said “big problem, this is very serious.” He flushed a few times and watched the water rise and then repeated how serious this was. He said to fix this (never stated what this was) would be 1,800-2,000 and that he would not start until it was paid. I let him know we would have to wait until the next day so I could try to get money together. He then said he could do 1,400-1,600 if I did it tonight (how did the price of service suddenly drop idk).The next morning he called me to try to schedule service. I let him know I would need some type of written estimate detailing the services being provided and the cost. He texted me “Hi, I am plumber. I will give special discount around 1200.” I let him know I would still need an email with the written out services and cost. He called maybe two times stating how his manager was not responding but he could still come out and do it for that price. I asked again for his office to email me directly then with that information before we agree on it. He said he would have them call me. The same friendly lady called and asked if I did not want to continue service, I told her that I wanted to continue I just needed something written in an email. She said no problem and she had her manager send me an invoice.The email broke down the two services I would get and the price, estimating a total of 917.00….At this point I felt lied to and cheated by that first plumber who tried to charge me 2,000 (he even told me that price was a deal because the house before mine paid 2,300 for the same service…)Also! One of the Lens costumer service reps let me know that I pay AFTER the service is completed. So him charging me that bogus price and telling me to pay before he started sounded like his way of trying to get over on a young lady home owner and pocket over 1,000.They sent out a new plumber (Bryan S.) who I felt was the only one honest with me by letting me know upfront that there was nothing he could do and ended the service. Then the plumber, Bryan tells me that another Lens employee “Andre” wants to speak to me. Andre tries to bully me into paying the $917 saying that they would hold that payment as credit for a future service. When I told him no because I couldn’t afford to pay for NOTHING, he starts ranting how someone is going to pay it! I am not interested in working with a company whose workers do not follow honest procedure and try to lie and charge extremely higher prices. I suggest Len The Plumber pay a closer look to who they have working for them AND if this method of business is something they train into their workers then I have nothing left to say.

Ridiculous estimate ($500) to remove a blockage from the p pipe in the drain of my bathroom sink. They then asked me what I wanted to pay. I told them a fair and reasonable price and sent them packing. Bought a wrench from Home Depot and my significant other removed the object from the drain in 30 minutes. Celebrated by grilling burgers and wings. I will never call Len the Plumber again.

Len the plumber continues to disappoint. Their scheduling system is a nightmare, so the plumbers do not arrive during the scheduled window, they don't contact you that the plumber isn't coming, then reschedules you for another day where you have to wait and see if they actually come.They charge a fee for even coming out as a diagnostic fee, which will get waived for if you choose to use them for the work. They then quote huge prices, so if you say no, you have to pay for the diagnostic fee.The work is mediocre and the plumbers have asked me to replace equipment that other plumbers said is working fine.The quotes they give are not transparent, and upon asking for an itemized quote, I have repeatedly been told that Len the Plumber does not break down their prices and only charges an upfront price. Without explanation.I've been left feeling scammed for my money and left with mediocre plumbing work (which I've had to call another plumber to fix) and lost hours in my life because they cannot figure out how to schedule work.I will never use Len the Plumber again.TL:DR: horrible service, huge quotes, no price transparency, mediocre work, waste of time.

Our water heater failed on a Thursday. Len the Plumber came on time. Their technician explained the problem and his replacement estimate well. We obtained a second opinion and estimate and it was close to Len’s, so we know Len’s was right. When we called LTP on Friday to arrange installation, we were told they could not do it until Monday because they were unsure they could get the parts but when I explained we would be out of hot water through the weekend, they bent over backwards to obtain the parts and install the new heater on Saturday. The installer did a great job. The room was left as clean as it was before the work. Excellent job all around. We were very pleased.

This was the second time I have used Len the Plumber and for the second time they were excellent! Rob was very professional. He explained everything when he came out to estimate and did what he said he was going to do. He also explained everything very well. We’ll definitely use them again.

Manuel and Rob were absolutely fantastic. I live in a 2-level condo and needed to arrange a main water shutoff in order to replace my WH (the internal main shutoff had corroded and could not be turned off) and Manuel was very accommodating with both my schedule and also the property management's schedule. Additionally, Manuel was able to find a water heater that would fit in my closet with a drip pan AND allow space for the drain. A contractor botched a brand new toilet installation last month and I didn’t trust them to come back and do it properly. Huy did an awesome job removing and installing it correctly, verified it all functions as it should with no leaks. He had to replace one of the base bolts since the other one had been cut short and had one on hand to use. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I have used this company 3 times for 3 different issues I was having with my water. My repairmen were top notch, informative, and pleasant. Everytime I have called they are pleasant and do their best to get a technician out to me. I always get follow-up calls to let me know when the technician is within 45 minutes away. I love that!

The technician was professional and courteous. He came and did the job, but I think he overcharged me for a missed diagnosis. He removed the wrong toilet. After I told him that the toilet he needed to remove was the in the Master bedroom. I didn't think it was fair that he overcharged me for the time he spent removing the wrong toilet. Plus I don't think I received my 15% discount correctly.

I called Len the Plumber because I had an emergency leak on my refrigerator (that was flooding my downstairs). They stated that they've have a person to my location between 1pm and 5pm.About 3pm, I decided to take matters into my own hands, found the water value, and turned it off.About 515p I called to see what the status was of the repair person. At this point, they stated that the person was on a job and they wanted to reschedule me to Monday. I told them that I had waited all day, and had other people that I could have gone with. After about 30 minutes of convincing, they decided to come.The person that came looked at our job, and said it's not happening today. They wanted to cut 3 holes in our drywall, and they would not repair them. Then, instead of the online estimate, the guy got on the phone with another guy, and said $XXX which was about 4x higher than the estimates online.Then, they asked for the $99 trip charge, and left.I managed to find a different plumber that came the next day. He was conscientious, and did the work. He did have to cut 1 wall (not 3), but he patched it for us before he left. And, he was 1/6th the price.The new model where Plumbers aren't hourly, but by job with a $99 trip charge keeps you from shopping around to get the best price. Len might have a good reputation, and good reviews. But, in this case, they were unresponsive, difficult to deal with, and ended up being almost 6X the cost of the plumber I went with.

I used Len the plumber and they put in a new furnace, but I feel that I was over charged. I looked up the part and it was one of the cheapest I could find. They didn't up in a new a coil. They putting what looks like carboard and silver tape to cover the 5 inch gap between the furnace and the old a coil. And for that they charged me $ 5400.I call to speak to a manager, and I was put on hold and then I was disconnected. I would never use them ever again.

I had an emergency burst pipe on Christmas, the day after Christmas I called and called around and even plumbers that said they had emergency service wouldn’t answer me or said they would come out and just never did. Len the plumber answered promptly and came out the same day, event thought they had other emergencies and couldn’t come out until 7:30pm. On arrival Jonathan was extremely courteous and kind, even under the circ*mstances, and did a great job. I was so so impressed! I will definitely call them first next time.

Have used Len the Plumber's services twice now. The first same-day experience went a bit more smoothly, as for the second experience they weren't able to keep the original appointment and had to come the next day instead. But their service techs are very professional, courteous, and know their stuff. The issues we needed addressed have been fixed and so far haven't been an issue again. Their prices may be a little on the higher side, but I'd rather pay for knowledgeable service techs and skilled services versus going with a cheaper handyperson who may or may not be certified.

Rodolfo was not only very professional, he was very thorough and explain every single step that he was doing so that I understood exactly what the issue was that was going on. He made sure my satisfaction was priority the entire time. Technician arrived, gave a price to unclog drain. After about 10 minutes, advised he couldn’t unclog drain. Mentioned the tub may need to replaced. He stated he would prepare an estimate for needed repairs. After about 25 minutes, I attempted to contact him to follow up on invoice, but he left the property with no follow up. I then called the main number and was informed they would contact the technician to call me. No response whatsoever! A very quick way to make over $245 for 10 minutes of nothing. As I am to become a grand father for the first time, we organized a baby shower gathering this past Sunday in January. We anticipated 40+ guests attending. On that Sunday morning about 7 AM I heard a big bang sound followed by massive amount of cold water rushing from a broken cold water pipe under the sink of the master bedroom. The pipe cut was beneath the shutoff valve. Being unable to close water using the valve under the sink, it took me minutes to shut the master water valve in the basem*nt in order to stop the water. By then there was a pool of water gathered on the master bathroom floor and also seeping through the ceiling lights to the first floor family room which was decorated with baby shower decoration and wrapped gift boxes. A disastrous situation with first reaction of how to go about cancelling the event. Hopeless and never experienced such situation, I googled for a plumber and called Len The Plumber's emergency line. The lady who took the call was very kind and calm. She assured me they would help me with my situation and told me she would dispatch a service call asap. Minutes later I received a text message informing me a service technician was on the way. Around 8 AM Len The Plumber's truck pulled in my driveway and James Hodge, the master plumber came to help. James entered the house with a big bright smile. My repair person Manuel was very friendly and knowledgeable.After reading other reviews about Len the Plumber I decided to get a second opinion. And I am glad that I did. At first I was told by Len the plumber that I needed a new Hot water heater and that it could not be cleaned. But it was cleaned and the pilot lit and hot water is working fine.So not only was I told bad information but I wasted money because the 2nd plumber charged me half of what I paid to Len the plumber.

I woke up to experience a hot water heater inside the home, and later learned I had a busted pipe outside the home. Fortunately, this did not happen on the holiday or at night, but I was sent a repair technician/master plumber who single handily brought resolution to my issues. Could it have been cheaper, maybe, but the workmanship and quality was first rate. Yves was a true professional taking time to trouble shoot the issue, and showed me how to prevent future leaks-preventive maintenance. He was with us for most of the day since I had 2 jobs, unbeknownst to me until I went outside and saw a failed pipe. This is my second or 3rd time calling Len the Plumber and both times I have been satisfied with their staff and the work. When things fail you don’t have a lot of time to price compare so I can’t speak to price, only quality and service.

Only giving four stars because it did take a couple of months for them to follow up on the issue and we were left without a working sink during this time which was difficult for my family. I do believe I would use them again for future service based on the resolution.

Don’t waste your time and money, the technicians don’t have the expertise to fix your problem. Find another company!Called them to come fix a pipe breakage in the dishwasher. All they did was show up and tell me the dishwasher was broken. It was obvious the dishwasher was broken, I could have figured that out myself. They didn’t do any diagnostics, like pull out the dishwasher or check the pipes. $225 dollars later, it was a robbery for a 15 minute visit for someone to tell me I need a new dishwasher when water leaked all over the floor. The person they sent didn’t speak very good English so there was a huge language barrier too.Worst company ever. Hope potential customers see this and choose another company so they can ho bankrupt.

He wore boot covers in the house, and spoke with me after diagnosing to disclose costs up front.In all, the issue was resolved in less than 2 hours, which included removal of toilet, sewer line snake, removal of blockage, general cleanup of debris, and reinstallation of the toilet.The only thing beside cost that was a minus, was that the base of the toilet was not recaulked after installation.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. These guys are complete crooks and I would caution anyone considering hiring them. I recognized their name online when I was looking for a plumber, which I suspect is how they get most of their business. My water heater had stopped work and my normal plumber was on vacation, so I called them. They gave me a 3 hour window to come this past Saturday. 20 minutes past the end of their window, they had still not shown up, so I called. The person I talked to said she could not get in touch with dispatch and would send them an email to call me. An hour later, still nothing, and I called and got the same run around. Yet another hour later, still the same thing. Finally I get a call that says that the plumber who had been assigned did not have the tools or qualifications, so they would reschedule me for the next morning. REALLY????? The next morning they arrive and take a look at the water heater, which is less than a year old by the way, and tell me that to fix it they would have to order an assortment of parts that would take a look time to arrive, so that I would be better of replacing the whole thing. When I ask him how much that would be, he starts telling me all of the things that need to be fixed to bring it up to code and gives me a price of $3,900!!!! FOR A FRIGGIN' WATER HEATER??? I told the guy to get out of my house and got in touch with a plumber from the neighborhood. He came out the next day and was able to complete the relatively easy fix, for $475. NEVER CALL LEN THE PLUMBER, EVER!!!

My first experience with this company (yesterday) was totally positive. The plumber (Tuan Tang) quickly assessed the problem, provided a price quote, and immediately installed the new disposal. He was personable, professional, and efficient. Excellent customer service!

The plumber was professional and did his job well. The people on the phone are nice and helpful when you call to make an appointment. But they charged me $650 to INSTALL A NEW DISHWASHER (not including the dishwasher - this is only for labor). I had asked another plumber to do it (he was not able to come at the last minute, which is why I called LTP) and he had quoted me $150. It was very predatory. They would not give me any quote on the phone and they charge a fee if their technician comes and doesn't do any work. In hindsight, I should have just paid the fee and called someone else. Would have saved me about $400. I will never call this company again.

I submitted an inquiry via email and Len the Plumber was timely and responsive. They requested I call them to provide more details to ensure they understood the problem. The customer service assistant was very courteous and ensured all my information was accurate. The company called to notify me the plumber was on the way and emailed me a picture of the technician. The technician, Damond M. arrived at my resident and was professional and courteous. He ensured that my tile was protected and only trimmed the part he needed to remove to repair my shower. He ensured I understood the cost and warranty of the repair. He departed my home to get the correct cylinders for my showers and returned promptly to repair my showers. He tested the showers to ensure the repair was successful. I will definitely use this company again for my plumbing services.

Len the Plumber is great if you need same-day service; I called in the morning with my request for help with a leaky pipe and new fixture installation and Nick helped arrange help for a 2-5 window later that day. I had called two other plumbers and the best I could get was an appt three days later.There was some miscommunication so the plumber did not arrive until late, but the HQ folks were very apologetic and worked to quickly resolve that which I appreciate.Our plumber was very nice, knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly to present an estimate. The tradeoff with getting same-day service, though, is the price. It cost us over $700 to fix a leaky pipe and get the new faucet fixtures installed. And after the installation, it became apparent a clog existed somewhere in the pipes. Our plumber offered to fix it, but the service would cost an additional $600 for the on-the-spot fix. I could not swallow that and declined. I will seek help elsewhere, or buy my own power snake.Though the plumber addressed the main requests within two hours, and did a great job, I was dismayed with the mess that remained. I don't expect a service worker in the house to scrub everything down after their work, but I'd value someone getting the big pieces of detritus and doing a quick wipe down.Overall, I'd recommend Len the Plumber ifA) you need same day serviceB) your budget is not too tightC) your needs don't change after the initial call

Excellent service! Megan saved me a lot of money by doing a simple faucet cleaning instead of a drain cleaning. She also showed me how to do a faucet cleaning myself, which should save money in the future. If I ever need Len's service again, I would definitely request Megan!

Thomas was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about plumbing in general and gave us multiple options before proceeding. He successfully found and diagnosed our problem. He worked swiftly, thoroughly, and cleaned up when he finished. The only downside is Len the Plumber is l expensive (about $350 to disconnect and reconnect a washing machine).

Len the Plumber needs to do a better job communicating to the general public their fees. When calling into their customer service line I was told the cost would be $49 fee for a technician to come to my home. What this company does not disclose is the $272.00 charge just to diagnose your problem. This charge is given before the technician performs the work. Shame on you Len The Plumber! You should be up front with potential customers. In addition, you are putting your own technicians in the middle. I will not be using your services and will advise friends and neighbors to do the same. I will be filling a complaint to the BBB. Your company have to be accountable and do better.

Mr Vasquez arrived promptly and gave me the estimate on water heater replacement/installation. It was almost 3pm when I asked when could we get the work done. He said he could go and get the replacement water heater and he’d get it installed by the end of day. He did an excellent job , even though the job entailed some pipe rerouting due to the age of my old unit. He was done and had everything cleaned and wiped down by 7:30, and took the time show me the how the new cutoff valves and gauges worked. Really appreciated Mr Vasquez attention to detail. Excellent job.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment, the plumber arrived on time and it was not over priced.

James, the technician, was very professional, efficient and did a great job installing a new toilet and replacing the leaky valve. It took a few days because the bone color that I needed was hard to find. The service is expensive, but I appreciate his persistence in locating the right one and doing the job right. If this review was only about the technician, I would give it 5 stars, but I have to at least take off a star for company pricing.

Find ANOTHER plumber!! Do NOT use this business!We decided to hire Len because we see a lot of their trucks on the beltway. After calling, we were able to schedule a tech visit for the next day and were told that the repairs would be made the same day. The tech arrived on time and provided a quote for repair. Following me agreeing to move forward with the service, the tech stated that he didn't have parts. He left for roughly an hour and returned stating the plumbing store didn't have the part. I asked if Ace Hardware or Home Depot sold this part and he smirked and said no they don't sell this part. I asked when the part would be ready for install and he stated he didn't know. I asked for a rough estimated as we have 5 people in the unit with 1 toilet. He stated he didn't know but that he would call me when he could make the repair. He took my number down and left. I immediately called the main line to complain about this business practice as I could have had another plumber in to make these repairs, and it is important to give a homeowner a timeline of when repairs will be made.I called the next day to ask for a manger and was told none were available, but that they sent an email for me to be contacted about my concern with high priority. No call back was received.I called the next day (Saturday) to ask for a manager and was told the manager was not available, but that they would call me back with high priority. No call was received from Len the Plumber.I called the next 2 days with the same request and did not received a call or email from a manager. I also did not hear anything from the tech.I called the following Tuesday to fire them and let them know I would be hiring someone else to do the work, but that I am still expecting a call from a manager to discuss my concerns.We had a competitor arrive same day and informed me that there was a other separate issue and that he had the part. He also said that this part is sold at Home Depot for $12!!!!!I'm disgusted!It's been a week and I still have not received a call or email from Len the plumber or their management team.Do NOT hire this company! Find someone else to do it!!!

The plumber came and gave me an estimate of $800 . He said he would come the next day at 9am to do repairs but never showed up. The company never had record that he was supposed to come to my house nor was he scheduled or on the clock so I’m assuming he was just gonna pocket the money and not report it. I lost trust and decided to use someone else .

Same day my bu**! I scheduled them to come the day before, I even confirmed today that they were coming . Yet an hour before they were supposed to come at 12:45 p.m. on Friday I was notified that nobody would be coming. That nobody in the whole company could come to take care of my problem that I had scheduled the day before! No explanation nothing! All I was told when I asked was no one will be coming...Unreliable, irresponsible and 100% uncaring! I will never use them again and I suggest if anybody actually needs a plumber to come don't contact Len the no plumber!

We needed several problems addressed at the same time. Friends of ours, who used the company Len the Plumber for their work strongly recommended the company, but they told us to specifically ask for Bruno. We would not be disappointed.We made the appointment and Bruno showed up on time, did a quick assessment and got right to work. He did an incredible job! On time, personable, professional, clean, very thorough. We definitely were not disappointed. Len the Plumber is a well rated company because of people like Bruno. He did a lot of work, very well, and for a great price. He is the last plumber I'll ever call and I'll promote him to anyone who may need his services.

I called Len the plumber today as i had new flooring put in and needed the toilet reseated as it was removed by the flooring installer. When i called and spoke to the representative I told him the issue and asked for a ball park cost for this service. He told me he could'nt give me a price over the phone and he needed to send a tech to look at the job. I told him can you give me a range for reseating a toilet. He said he could not but the $45 charged for the assessment would be put towards the service call. I agreed and told the representative that its typical 150-200 for reseating and they said they are competitive in the range. Two techs came to my house and gave me a price of $308. I was shocked at the price but had $45 already invested and told them to proceed. 10 min later they were done. $308 for 10 min of labor is a bit ridiculous. I wont be using Len the plumber in the future.

We were very pleased with the service and work performed!! Len the Plumber’s customer service was exceptional. They were very responsive and timely in meeting our needs. Our hot water tank expired. While other company’s stated it would take a few days to inspect and then replace the system, with Len the Plumber we received service and installation within a few hours of scheduling our appointment…on the SAME DAY!!

Tom was fantastic! Came out on a Sunday to fix a leak and discovered another. Had to come back the next day to finish the job, which happened to be his day off. He switched his time with another technician in order to be able to personally finish the job. Tom also found another issue that we can addressed at a later time, but wanted to make us aware. No pressure to upsell, which was great. Tom was very professional, but personable. I would definitely recommend Lens and Tom for great service!

The Company called to say the serviceman would arrive in 45-60 minutes. They did not arrive. After 20 more minutes I called the company & then they arrived (3 of them). It took them another 25-20 minutes to start work. They addressed the concern with my dishwasher. For the other concern in an upstairs bathroom, they attributed it to an issue with the hot water heater & told me my 5 yr old hot water heater could break any moment, as soon as Christmas Eve (4 days from now). I had to insist someone look at the upstairs sink. The main guy sent another one up. He came down with a report. The main guy talked around the report saying things about the way the pipes entered & distance from the hot water heater. It made no sense to me & I suggested he go up & see for himself. He shrugged & declined saying he’s too old. Overall I was completely unsatisfied with the service, from the length of time it took them to get here, the time it took them to get to work, the inadequate answer they gave for the cause of my problem & the way they tried to push me into replacing the hot water heater.

Paul repaired a water main break at our home. He and his crew were helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was impressed with Len the Plumber from the get-go. Someone had called and emailed me within an hour of my placing a service request, making it easy to confirm time and date. They can do emergency services, but I was in no rush and scheduled two days out. The day of, I got a call when the tech, Jordan, was 45 min away. Once Jordan arrived, he was quickly able to assess the job, go over options with me, answered my questions, provided a quote, grabbed the parts, and then removed and installed a garbage disposal and a faucet in less than an hour. He even showed me how to reset the disposal in case of clog. A very pleasant, professional, and reasonable experience all around.

The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient with fixing the plumbing issue. Great service overall and now joined as a member. I called at 3:15pm and the they arrived at 4:10pm.

An old valve in my tub spout gave way and caused a not-insubstantial leak over the Christmas and New Year holidays. My plumber arrived a day late, so the company gets demerits for having over-booked (other companies had said they were overbooked due to a freeze causing customers problems), but I still have to give my plumber Harrison Mesnard five stars. As soon as he arrived he evaluated the issue quickly, provided options, was communicative and friendly, and stayed until the problem was resolved. I recommend him without reservation.

We used Len the Plumber, and specifically, Kristina. She was wonderful! They called in advance and arrived well within their promised window. She assessed the job and provided an estimate and then got to work. She was diligent and a pleasure to have around our house. When she finished her work, she left the areas cleaner than when she arrived. We had such a great experience with Kristina and would highly recommend her and Len the Plumber.

The technician broke the p trap on our kitchen sink after clearing a clog for a charge of $500. I called Len the Plumber back to have someone diagnose the location of the leak. They wanted to charge me an additional $389 to correct a problem they created. We declined and the technician deferred corrective action to the original technician. They scheduled a 3 hour window for the visit and no one showed. I called at the 3 hour mark and the person wasn't able to reach anyone in the service department but left a message. 2 days later there still was no response.

The technician was very polite, kind and professional. He knows exactly what he was doing. I personally recommend this technician for my friends and colleagues.

These guys are good. I tried to work with another company before and the process at Len the Plumber is just simply better. I called them and they scheduled an inspection the next day. A day after that they came out with 4 guys and all the equipment they needed to take away the old water heater and install a new one. It’s just better than the competition. The business they’ve built and their process should be the gold standard in the industry. They also have amazing, proactive customer service. Couldn’t be happier with them or the result. 10/10 would use again.

Michael and Son came out first—rude technician, didn’t fix anything, failed to respond to multiple phone calls over a ten day period seeking an update on when the issue would be fixed. LEN came the next day, solved the problem the same day, and the technician went over and above.

Be prepared to pay big company premium. We had a leak under kitchen sink, and they came out the next day to look at it (two star for quick response and the guy who came over seems nice). But they quoted me 330 to fix the issue, or 880 to replace everything. I chose the first option, but it was still leaking after the guy attempted to fix it, he insisted that I still need to pay the 330 because “work was done” (even though it was still leaking!!). I didn’t want to pay 330 for nothing and ended up paid 880 to get a tube replaced. Afterwards, talked to some other contractor and they said a job like this is at most 150-200.

Bryan came in time and told me what needed to be done. Got right to it and worked hard to clear the drain. Great attitude and work ethic. Did great work. Would use him again.

My main drain was clogged badly. We had a little trouble at the beginning but once the tech arrived and started working he finished the job in a little over an hour and recommended further services. I was so desperate and they really helped me out

Our outside water connection for the hose would not shut off. Our home was built when interior valves for shut off were not required. Len the Plumber responded immediately and rectified the emergency. We now have the proper shut off for any future need. It was a job with extremely small access and our plumber performed his work with grace. Wonderfully professional!Office staff was courteous and professional on the phone as well.

I called Len the Plumber because I needed same-day service on the installation of a shut-off valve on the water line to the refrigerator. The charge for this very straightforward task was a ridiculous $392. I expected to pay a premium for the fast service, but that amount — well, let’s just say that the next plumber who came and installed a shut-off valve said, “$392?!? There’s no WAY they should have charged more than $200 for that job.”You might be wondering to yourself, “Another plumber for another shut-off valve install after LtP did the job. Why would that be necessary?” It was necessary because the LtP plumber put the shut-off valve IN THE WRONG PLACE. According to DC code, it has to be right behind the refrigerator — LtP put it in a nearby pantry cupboard where the line runs before dropping down to a water line in the basem*nt ceiling. So, not only did I pay a lot of money for the LtP job, I paid a lot of money for a completely worthless outcome! LtP admitted no error and offered nothing in compensation.I will never trouble Len the Plumber with any future plumbing work of mine. I urge others to avoid them as well.

We had a leaky copper pipe on our water main on a Saturday morning. Len the Plumber was the only plumber who had emergency services and they came almost immediately. The plumber was kind and very knowledgeable. He was able to do a good fix, not just a repair, and we feel confident he solved any future issues with that pipe. Overall a great experience!

I recently hired Len the Plumber to fix a shower handle a prior plumber had messed up and give me an estimate on second shower spout repair. I was told the second shower was an easy fix (diverter in spout). While repairing the second shower diverter, the Len the Plumber employee twisted the spout too far, breaking off the pipe in the wall. He rushed out, didn't tell me about the break, wouldn't give me his card or charge me; saying the job was too small to have me pay. So, when I took my shower, it leaked in the wall and flooded my newly finished rec room floor. I contacted Len the Plumber immediately, only to have them lie, stating the other plumber (who didn't work on that shower) caused the problem. The office would not provide me with management's number and stonewalled me. Their employee is more important than their service. It cost me $600 to fix the pipe and will be another 500 to replace a section of flooded flooring. Go to John C Flood---they assessed the situation, fixed it and wrote up what the employee from Len the Plumber did wrong. But no one with Len the Plumber will tell me who is in charge to further respond.

Great service, very knowledgable. Our house was built in the 40’s so had a lot of unique situations to work around. Bruce W. was able to work around the problems and get everything installed.

Kristina came out and installed the new heater today...it is blissful after almost a week with no hot water. She was personable and intersted in us getting us the fastest service she .could unlike the company that installed the defective hot water just 16 months ago. Thanks again!!!!

Technician himself was lovely, but came the day after I made the request, when I had no real communication from the company until 7:45 pm to tell me that they couldn't get anyone there within the window I requested. We rescheduled for the next day but evidently that didn't stick because they called back in the morning trying to send a tech over in the middle of a doctor's appointment I tried to schedule around the previous night.

I was extremely pleased with the service that Len the Plumber provided today. I was notified that technician was on his way for my scheduled morning appointment. Louie arrived at 9:30 am. Determined the repairs. We agreed on what he would do and the service was completed in 1 hour.I will definitely use this company again.

Megan Helmick was very pleasant. Megan was thorough when explaining what was to be done after walking us through the damaged areas. She answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. She never tried to get us to have unnecessary work done. We appreciated her. She did an outstanding job. She made sure that we were satisfied with the work she did. I had an excellent experience with Gary Abbott. He was very professional, gave me alot of options and did a great job.Their customer service could use work though, they spelled my name and address wrong . I called to correct it, they only updated the address. I called again the next day but when they answered the plumber just happened to ring the doorbell. I asked the lady to hang on for a second and tried to tell her the plumber just arrived and she immediately hung up on me. It was so rude

Samwa and B went above and beyond to make sure the sewer line issue in my house was quickly and thoroughly solved, and cleaned everything up after, even the grossness that was there before they arrived. I could not have asked for kinder or more helpful and informative people to come help. Awesome.

I’ve used Len the Plumber multiple times over the past 6-7 years and have ALWAYS been impressed with their level of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work.Whenever I have plumbing issues there’s no other company I use (as evidenced with my continuing use of their service) and I highly recommend them as the plumber of choice.Lastly, the technician Thomas is absolutely the best and clearly explains the problem(s) and fixes.....simply put; he’s the best!!!!

I did not like the way the service repair person initiated price. I only haf a slow drain with no.standing water? He gave me estimate of $462. I said absolutely not. Then he said $360..I thanked him and ushered him to the door. He then said what can you pay. I told him I expected the price to be no more than $180. He did the work and my price was$189. I have trust issues with this.

Len the plumber was quick and responsive. They addressed my plumbing problem and gave me a fair quote! I would use them again.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Brian S from Len the Plumber. As a new homeowner, I was very worried about some plumbing issues I had found. Not only did he fix the issues for a fair price, he took the time to explain how the systems work. The education alone was incredibly valuable. I will be reaching out to Brian for any plumbing related issues in the future.

The leaking pipe was difficult to find. Brian patiently worked to find it and repair it. He also updated the water meter turn off valves which needed replacing. He took care of calling WSSC to take care of turning off the main water turnoff to my house and contacted a water damage company for me because there is extensive damage that needs to be taken care of. He very clearly explained what had to be done and why the work was necessary. He pointed out a potential problem to me that should be repaired before the ceiling area is repaired. I will be calling him to take care of this once I get a date from the water damage company as to when they will be coming out to do their work.

I reported the problem of backup drain sewage in basem*nt Saturday afternoon. I was told someone would be out between 8-11am Sunday morning. No one showed and nobody called. I called back they had my address and was told I wasn’t scheduled. They would have someone dispatched between 12 and 2 pm. The Technician arrived he was very cordial and Professional. He fixed the problem within one hour.

This was a water pump replacement. These guys were professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and good at what they were there to do. Couldn’t have been happier with the guys doing the job and the job well done.

On 9/3/2021 a technician came and assessed the labor cost replacement of my pressure valve (see picture). I was shocked when he quoted me $650 since I thought it would just be under 30 minutes to do the work. I declined and just paid the trip cost of $49. BTW, I just had it replaced by another professional plumber on 10/11/2021 for $150.

We had a really great experience with our plumber today. He came in the house with shoe-coverings and face mask. He left his work area very tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and polite manner. The price was really good as well. We’ll definitely use Len next time!

This guy James that came to my house was professional, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable. Absolutely great service and would highly recommend him to anyone and the company.

Fixed leaks and bad valves to our water lines. Justin explained everything he was going to do and why. He was one of the best workers I have ever had come out to our house.

We needed our water filtration system installed as well as the water pressure system installed, the plumber that we did have had a stroke and was unable to do the job so we seek out Len the Plumber for the work to be done. Gary was out technician, he came in assessed what we wanted and came back the next day and install the two systems to our main waterline we are completely satisfied with his work with his professionalism and he understood our needs and delivered from what we want it for. If have ever any other issues with plumbing I would not hesitate to reach out to Len the Plumber for Services again.

I had a few leaky toilets and a hose bib crack. Kristina came out was on time, called me the morning of and confirmed the time window so I was not sitting around waiting all day. When you think of a plumber you usually think of a man, but I won't use that stereo type any longer. She's a woman and an ace in her trade. She explained everything in great detail without talking down to me and was extremally knowledgeable not to mention she had a great and helpful attitude.

Very happy with the result. The technician is very professional. He gave me different options to resolve the problem. I use this company in the future.

What a great experience. The company was responsive and able to provide service same day on a Saturday! The plumber Justin was incredible. He was knowledgeable and professional and made sure to explain everything he was doing to me so i understood exactly what was going on. I had a bit of a difficult problem and Justin went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. He was even able to recommend a company to repair the water damage left by my leak. I will definitely be calling Len the Plumber for all of my plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater failed suddenly and these guys were out same day to inspect then next day to replace the old one! Amazing team, Paul was wonderful. I’d definitely recommend them. We’re grateful to have hot water again!

Overpriced. Charged $3,425 for a water heater replacement. Takes advantage of customers. Gets over on customers. Scheduled to have work done on Monday, but technician was a no show. No one called from Len the Plumber until the next day-- I took off work for the service and no one came.

Len the Plumber came to replace the leaking kitchen sink hose that Moen had sent us free. Len told us we also would have to replace the hot and cold shut-off valves under the sink. They said the price would be $676. I thought that sounded very high but their plumber said that that was with a substantial discount – normally replacing those 2 valves alone would cost that much. I know very little about plumbing and had to trust that the valves needed replacing. I asked how long it would take and he said maybe an hour and a half maybe more. So I figured there was a lot of labor involved. The price still seemed high but I told him to go ahead. Fifteen minutes later he said he was done! I said he told me it would take a lot longer and that was a very high price to pay for such little labor. He responded that Len charges by the job not by the hour. In responding to other reviews Len says this saves some customers money. This is BS and Len is a rip-off artist. If the plumber had been honest and said it would take 15 minutes I never would have done it. The cost of parts for the valve was negligible which means he was charging the equivalent of $2700/hour! Plus he pointed out other things that he said needed fixing. DON’T USE LEN!

Tuan is a great person, very profesional and did a wonderful job installing our Water Heater. Highly recommend him and will ask for him whenever we have plumbing issues at home. Thank you and I hope you are feeling better.
