LYON, CAROLYN A. Grand Ledge Mrs. Lyon, age 52, passed away June 27, 1989 at her residence. She was a lifetime Grand Ledge resident, graduate of the Grand Ledge High School Class of 1955, member of the Grand Ledge First United Methodist Church, the Wesleyan Fellowship, Twilighters Square Club of Grand Ledge, member of MSU Blueline Club and was an avid MSU hockey fan. EBMEYER, JOHN H. Frankenmuth Formerly of Lansing Age 89, passed away Sunday, June 25, 1989 at St. Luke's Hospital in Saginaw. He was born September 10, 1899 in Burnips, MI; he married Barbara Beech in 1927 and she predeceased him in 1984. Mr.

Ebmeyer was a life member of Lansing Lodge A.M., was an active Scouter starting in 1943 and served as a District Commissioner, Chief Okemos Council, Boy Scouts of America and was presented with the Silver Beaver Award in 1962. He was a member and President of the Bretton Woods Board of Education of Delta Twp. and was also a member of the Delta Twp. Charter Committee which established Delta Twp. as a Charter Township.

Prior to his retirement he had been employed at Abrams Instrument Company. Surviving are 2 sons and spouces, John William and Victoria Ebmeyer, formerly of Frankenmuth, now living in Tuscon, AZ and James Aian and Joyce Ebmeyer of Penfield, NY; 6 grandchildren, Charles, Linda, Robert, Jeffrey, Christopher and Lynn. Lansing Age 92, died June 28, 1989 following a brief illness. He was born in Quincy, MI on Septem21, 1896. Over 20 years of being "Mr. Pumpkin" made Warren very special to the many groups of children who visited his farm on Wood Road, following his retirement in 1961 from the Michigan Farm Bureau after 35 years of service. Extensive gardening, travel in the 50 states, and writing poetry were his pleasures.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church; Lansing Farmer's Club, High Twelve, DeWitt Chapter O.E.S., and was a 70 year member of Mt. Vernon Lodge A.M. of Quincy, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Esther, in 1985. Also 2 brothers, Elmer and Alton; and 2 sisters, Ina and Gertrude predeceased him.

Surviving are daughter, Elaine Scovill and husband, Russell; 4 grandchildren, Roger and wife Shirlee, Douglas and wife Rebecca, Kenneth and wife Amy, Jeanette Adams and husband Michael; 3 great grandchildren, Cara, Bethany and Joshua; sister, Mildred Way of Phoenix, AZ. Mrs. LaLonde is survived by 2 sons, John of East Jordan and David of Lansing; 2 daughters, Lois Mills and Carol Parsons, both of Lansing; brother, Robert Titus; 1 sister, Kathryn Bright; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Palmer-Bush Lansing Chapel with Pastor Greg Woods of Trinity United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery, Saginaw. The family will receive their friends Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m.
